07/09/2017 I ordered a peach tree from them that died. I followed all directions exactly and it still died. I contacted them via email as phone number did not work.They directed me to a web page that stated their return and refund policies. Said you have to provide time stamped photos of what you did with their plant every day you had it. First, who still has a camera that timestamps, and who would do that unless they know they needed.to? Second, every nursery I have ever dealt with would have offered to replace it. I am just out of luck and out the cost.. All I can do is try to warn others not to do business with them. They suck. I wish I had checked their reviews first. read more

Well I ordered a tree, website states "Order before 2PM plants ship same day", I ordered at around 10:50 am tuesday, on wednesday I message them on FB "Typically replies within minutes" for tracking number, no response, again on Friday, same, so on Saturday I tried to call, no answer and then followed up by another message asking if they have it on stock or if they have shipped? no answer, I disputed to my credit card! I am Sure they are nice people but they don't want my business or they don't shipped to CA, or it isn't same day shipping on orders as they claim and they failed to disclosed it on the website, failed to message me back so Stay away!!!! Update Review - I did received the Crape M. I ordered, It took a while (on website they state all orders before certain time, gets shipped same day), and I did received a response from FB but more than a week later (remember on FB page they state they usually reply within minutes) the tree was a little damage from USPS, they could have placed some newspaper to prevent this from happening, but knowing Crape, some damage won't bother it at all .. Wished they could have better customer service, I was ready to ordered a few more trees and plants, but now, I will rather go elsewhere .. read more

Not as described. Took 12 days to receive. Supposed to be 7-9 day shipping. Trees supposed to be 5-7 ft tall. They were all less than 5 ft. They did not include the bag of fertilizer I purchased. I sent three emails and called twice. No response. Thought I was getting a good deal, but it was clearly not. 175.00 for pink dogwood, and two red blaze maples + bag of fertilizer. Do yourself a favor, buy at your local nursery. I would not recommend this nursery unless you lived near it. I would not recommend this company for online tree purchases. read more

I placed my order on Thursday and then I read the comments. I was, to say the least, terrified that I was ordering from a unknown website that had such horrible reviews. I received my order within a week. I was excited and nervous to see what the plants looked like. My daughter and I slowly started cutting the tape around the package and then there they were. My 2 camellias and my purple leaf plum tree. Amazing!! One camellia had buds on it and the other has buds starting. The tree was trimmed down, however it is still alive and good. I can't wait for my husband to help me get these planted and watch them grow. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy from them again. read more

Purchased two grapevines and they arrived at less than half the size as advertised. When I contacted the nursery about this they did not make right the order. Instead they told me to plant these and that they would grow rapidly and even have fruit this year. I would be satisfied. Nothing could be further from the truth. One lost all its leaves and never put on another. The other one grew perhaps 6 inches put on some leaves and then just stopped... They are planted in the same soil and received automated watering as do all out other plants that are doing well. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

someone need to report their site for fraud and scam activity! We need to start shutting them down instead of writing reviews! I was utterly disgusted! They seemed ok when i was asking questions about their online plants. I then went ahead and placed an order for a tree. They claim shipping is 1-3 days but my order sat for 2 days in "processing" I had a bad feeling suddenly, and emailed them asking when my item will be shipped out. No response. so I emailed again next day, no response, i messaged them 3 times on FB, no response, mean while whoever managed their FB page was responding to people who were interested in buying from them but IGNORED ME. I posted on their wall, I called 2 numbers and still...NO RESPONSE! So then i emailed them to cancel the order because they were ignoring me. They canceled it but did not REFUND THE MONEY! even after I reported to Paypal that they holding my money even though they canceled the order. Seller do not ship correct tree. I ordered a Satsuma Orange last summer and when it bloomed this spring it appear to be a Meyer Lemon tree because the blooms were purple and white when Satsuma blooms are white. The fruits were shaped more like a lemon than round like a Satsuma Orange. Seller will not resolve issues, will not reply to email and will not answer phone calls. Their listed phones not setup to accept voice mail. They don't want to deal with online customer complaints. I believe they stiff online customers. They are now selling smaller size citrus trees to take a couple of years to bloom and fruit. By this time your one year is gone by. Don't waste you time or money with this seller who hides after the sales. Look how they ship their items will tell you they are trash money suckers. read more

I ordered seven Red Rocket Crepe Myrtle trees. Spoke to the owner and he told me I will receive them in two days. It took two weeks. Also told me he would include a three gallon pink hydrangea but they never sent it. When asked about it they never offered to mail it to me. Crepe Myrtles started blooming and so far one is hot pink and the second that just started to bloom is a softer pink. Tried to call several times but no one answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the answering machine is not set up. Sent them a message through FaceBook and their response through email was a $50 gift certificate but I would have to spend $100. Really, really, spend more of my money to get a discount. The jury is out on the other five Crepe Myrtles. Extremely disappointed with them. Stay away from this company. read more

I spoke with a man numerous times in the nursery, who said he would make sure someone handled the issue, but absolutely no response ever came. Ridiculous. Totally unacceptable business practice. I placed an order on 3/20 and paid $35 for 1-3 day shipping. It is 3/26 and still no product. I called on the third day and was told that they were busier than they anticipated and they would ship that day and be here in two days. Needless to say nothing arrived. Good prices but if you never receive the product then it is a total waste of time. read more

I ordered three crape myrtle multi-branch trees from Noal and Essie's nursery; one Catawba, one Tonto Fuchsia and a Muskogee. I ordered the trees on 2/12, and they arrived seven days later. Due to inclement weather (I was told), they didn't arrive s expected which I'm willing to accept. However, all three arrived bare-root in one package (which is fine) with one branch labeled as "pink" so I have no way of telling which is what. It's a little disappointing because I was specific about the species and I had a plan for how I want to plant them. I must say, quality of the plants and height in dormant state is excellent but I won't know for sure until they bloom. I'm giving them three stars because the owner did apologize but I don't think I will be ordering from them again due to dropping the ball on labeling the trees. it's too bad because this was a small order I placed to determine quality before placing a larger order. Preceding experiences may be 4 or 5 star but I'm not wiling to take that chance again. read more
