Figured out put it on the counter to such check out where Nyckia the cashier and I had cordial conversation. Then when she rang the item up it rang up $39.99, no biggie right we will fix that since the tag on the item is printed with a different price, right? Nope. Is there a Manger that can override price change, the cashier responded no. Can you call her and get this taken care of, Nyckia's response, "I'm not calling her on the weekend." As her attitude and rudeness are going through the rough. At this time I'm shocked that this would be a normal store policy. Nyckia then says you can corporate and talk them. I said why does he customer have to call corporate on a Sunday to get the price that is printed on an item? Nyckia states, "Sir do you want to buy this item?" Yes but at the price on the price tag. Nyckia then cancels the order out and takes the stuffed animal back to the rack and puts it up. At this point I think I am on a hidden TV gameshow boiling points or something. Nyckia then proceeds to ignore me, she will not look at me or acknowledge a word I say to her, even though I am standing two feet in front of her. A gentleman steps in line behind me and she asks him are you ready to check out then reaches over me to get the items from the man and checks him out. Once she is done checking the customer out I tell her I would like corporates number, her managers name and number and her name as I am going to formally complain as I am sure management would be appalled how you are treating customers. At this point other customers as watching and deciding they no longer would like to patronage this stored and put their items up and leave. I decide to go ahead and over pay for the items and take my complaints to corporate and the Internet. Do not shop here as long as Nyckia works here or else you can expect to be treated like scum on the bottom of her shoe.

I was trying to order them as a store pickup and had them shipped there. The Verizon rep emailed the manager A. Boyd to let him know what was going on, gave him all my info and I've yet to hear from him. I have when sent him a message and he hasn't responded. What kind of shady store is this? Are they trying to keep the airpods for themselves? I have the tracking information, saw who signed for them. This is ridiculous. Someone needs to respond.

Amazing place to buy a bike! I just bought my first street bike from Tifton Harley-Davidson. I told…read moremy salesman Tyler what I was looking for and he hooked me up! 2014 Street Bob is now in my garage. The whole experience was relaxed, engaging, and included plenty of friendly banter from the staff as Tyler took me around the place to get the deal sorted out. They seemed to be short staffed, like many businesses these days, but the mood was still genuinely upbeat and it definitely appears as though work is getting done. Of Note: Tyler waited on me to get to Tifton from Albany to pick up my bike. The store closes at 6pm and I was able to get there around 5:20pm. Tyler had my bike outside waiting for me to take it for a test spin. He spent as much time as I needed to get me familiar with my new bike. All-the-while, his beautiful baby girl was in her car seat in the air conditioned car just chillin. Now, that's dedication to a job. Thank you Tyler! I haven't been too far on my new bike, but it's exactly what I wanted. I know there was some luck involved, but the kindness and hustle of the staff at Tifton H-D made the largest impact. Thank you Jenny for my Bell! Tyler helped me get it attached close to the ground. Thank you Selena for getting me scheduled for Riders Academy! And, thanks to the rest of the staff at Tifton H-D! Every department I visited was a pleasure. Follow up: Saturday 08/12/2023 Got my updated 2014 Street Bob back today. The Service Employees at Tifton H-D did a crazy-good and clean job! This is supposed to be a nonprofit thrift store, meant to help low-income families, not profit off of them. How are y'all charging nearly retail prices for USED donations? People donate these items out of kindness -- and struggling families come in hoping for affordable clothes, furniture, or kids' items... only to find things they still can't afford. We're in a time where every dollar counts. People are losing jobs, homes, and hope -- and Goodwill is marking up items that were given to them for FREE? This isn't just greedy -- it's shameful. Goodwill, you need to check your mission. You were meant to lift up communities, not price us out. Lower your prices, or don't pretend you're here to help people.
