Hunter worked with me to make the project come within my budget. Yeah, I know, almost all painters can do that. But, the actual laborers make the difference! Ephraim and Christian went above the estimation and contract by fixing minor imperfections and sanding the cabinets prior to painting. Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. After we discovered some old termite damage in a windowsill, Property Pros were contracted for the…read morerepair. Tyler reached out to schedule an appointment and requested some pics of the damage. When he arrived he had everything necessary with him, down to matching paint for the new windowsill. Repairs took a little over two hours, and are indistinguishable from the rest of the room. He took extra care to make sure everything was well-prepped and had time to set before painting, and blended the new paint nicely into the older trim. Several weeks later we found more damage, and Tyler returned again to fix the new-found issues. This time it was more extensive and involved a baseboard, but again it only took a couple of hours as he arrived with perfectly-matched trim pieces and everything else necessary to complete the job. Both times he was very careful to clear the area, lay out drop cloths before painting, and sweep or vacuum the entire area after they were done. Polite & professional, but beyond that extremely competent and concerned about getting it done correctly and making sure we were happy with the results.

Not only would I NOT recommend, he deserves to be sued for stealing money for a service he never provided and never returned the money.
