I submit my FULL…read moreapplication with payment Monday afternoon, no one ever contacted me so Wednesday morning I called just to be told that since I didn't submit a completed application the other applicant got the home BUT I did turn in a complete application as CONNIE informed me I could send my proof of income to her email which I did before even leaving the parking lot and apparently they over looked the email so the house went to someone else. So their negligence or stupidty idk which one but someone screwed me over. I even asked if there were other inquiries on the house to which she replied NO there was not.

Knowing that we were going to rent out the house for a couple years before we move there, we contacted Kathy Mitchell at A&W Property Management. Kathy has been incredible! Even before we closed escrow, she walked us through the property management process. She was very patient and thorough in explaining everything, so we signed a contract with A&W. We closed escrow just under two weeks ago. Since then, Kathy and her other staff members at A&W have worked diligently to get the property ready. She showed the property on a number of occasions, and was able to find a well qualified tenant, who will be moving in, just FIFTEEN days after we took possession of the house. Kathy's professionalism was outstanding, and she is also awesome at keeping contact with us. I highly recommend A&W!

The tenant caused over $10,000 in damages, including bursting the main water line to the home. Kathy failed to manage this property. Tenants were late 2 times for rent, and she never sent the required 3 day letter per Mississippi law. Tenants also did not pay last two months of rent, kathy never filed a court case or tried to go after them. Here's how bad Kathy is at her job: tenant put down they had a job making over $35,000 a month on their application and she never verified. Monique Ward is the agent on their rental application, so she clearly missed the mark here too. Owner/ Broker Nancy Carpentier clearly is running a poorly managed business and putting incompetent people in positions they cannot manage, meanwhile, homeowners are stuck with costly damages. I do not recommend this business, well unless you're a tenant who doesn't pay rent and skips town - then this is your place!!!

I non-recommend visiting Moran Realty unless you specifically have a trusted connection with a…read morerealtor there. My wife and I (we are from out of town) visited Moran Realty due to good reviews for Holly. We did not meet with Holly, but with another realtor and the receptionist. Clearly, they were not interested in helping buyers connect with sellers. We asked for info about neighborhoods, flooding, areas that experienced recent storm damage, and where to look for single family homes priced from $300k to $500k (we are cash customers). We were told they cannot provide such info and it was up to us to drive around, find an area and a place we want, then call them. After being instructed that water flows the path of least resistance (something I learned in the second grade), I was told that the only way to find out that sort of info was to ask around. Short version: cash customers knowing what they want with up to $500k available funds were told they were on their own. We will be buying in the area, but not using Moran Realty.

I paid over $900 for the week, stayed only one night and Mariette of E&M will not give me a refund for the remaining 7 nights.
