I tried giving the "owner" Zack the benefit of the doubt, and talked about refunds after figuring out that his business isn't even up and running. He promised to pay back & never did. Therefore I am now stuck with dishing out more money to an actual, professional, and certified business to get my windows pulled back out and new ones put back in again. He took an entire month to finally get started on my windows, only to have employees that didn't know what they were doing and for him to take my money and leave after he promised refunds after even he himself admitted how horribly done they were. I said he was with a customer. They came out anyway, gave me only 30 min. notice and had no time to clean up. He took measurements and I never heard from them again.

This time when they finally got the parts in they fail to notice that one of the doors that they were working on was rotting. I've asked multiple times for them to look at everything and let me know what they believe should be replaced and they have not been thorough enough to do a good job. I'm now back in the same place where they will not return phone calls.
