Aria (Allstate) rep stated that although Alan isn't a tow but tstated that he would come out and see if there was anything he could do at all. Alan changed one spare tire and double plugged the other ... Let stand abt 30 minutes and then trailed me a bit to get to the closet tire shop. Alan got out of his bed in Tyler, Tx at 5am for the flat rate my insurance covers.
