Sorry for the delay, but as the saying goes, "Better late, than never."…read more I typically create my own itinerary whenever hubby and I go on a trip, but I didn't want to mess up on a place we've never been before, esp. since this was going to be our anniversary gift to ourselves. In addition, I wanted us to island hop to Santorini and Crete. So I was happy to find a local travel agency. Nick was so easy to work with. We gave him dates of when we wanted to go and our budget. And the only thing I wanted to be responsible for was the excursions. He worked with us when we wanted to downside on certain hotels and answered questions at a reasonable time. Despite having a few questionable logistics, everything worked out smoothly during our trip to Greece. At first, we weren't going to do private transportation, but having it from and to the airport really makes a difference. In the end, we never had to call Nick for anything during our trip. We were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without a problem. So, thank you for making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

This company completely screwed up the process of getting my daughter's passport. We paid $1,500+…read morefor a 8-11 day delivery of a passport and paid extra to have the company prepare the paperwork. They made multiple errors on the very simple application that had to pointed out twice. In the list of documents they provided that we needed to have for the package they continuously forgot to include the name change order we needed to provide. Communication was horrible. The written instructions were not comprehensive and it took a phone call to figure out everything we had to do (like photographing the front and back of the sealed envelope). The worst part was that they booked the post office appointment an hour away at a location that did not do hand carry. We went an hour away to not get the service we paid an arm and a leg for. When we pointed out the egregious error to the company, the representative was rude and said it wasn't their fault. We will never use a visa company again because of this experience. What a rip off!
