Charged me for parts I don't believe he actually replaced. Then after he reinstalled my outdrive he, or his so, forgot to bolt on the cover. It came off the first time I took the boat out. I contacted him and he said he would replace it. After months of excuses I finally got tired and told him that I would use social media to expose him and then he got aggressive and insulting. I spoke to people at Outpost Marine about him and they had a laundry list of complaints they had heard about him from other customers. They even refuse to do business with him anymore. I took my boat in for service the 11th of May and wrote out a list of things needed done. Replace…read morespark plugs, clean and adjust carburetors, replace pump impeller and adjust gear shifter, it's grinding when I shift. I checker back a few days later and they said they were waiting for parts, OK, I checked the following week, and they said still waiting for parts. On Wednesday the 20th of May they said they were just waiting to take it out and check out the work and I came by to pick it up on the 21 Of May. I got to talk with the mechanic who said it seems OK. They only changed the spark plugs and adjusted the carburetors, nothing else. They had it for a week and a half and that's all they did. What parts were they waiting for? I believe they forgot about me and only did something when I checked on my boat. Not complaining about the cost, just the lack of work they didn't do. Now I will have to take it someplace else to have work done that I wanted done.
