They seriously need to update their rentals! I would be ashamed to even offer any pontoon looking like this. The boat was covered in Mildew and dirty. Especially during Covid times I doubt anyone would take this boat out, we came prepared with wipes and garbage bags ( we are boaters so we didn't expect perfection) however this boat was trashed. We wont be renting again. Sad because we send friends and renters over because we have condos next door. At least cover the rips and tears with some tape so people can sit on the cushions. Loved that they saved us some Doritos in the cup holders

We absolutely love everything about this Marina and enjoying being part of the boat club. Our reservations are always carefully recorded by Zach. Jason and the rest of the dock crew are always friendly and our boats are always clean and ready to go! The inside staff is always willing to listen to our adventure stories and treat our guests as members! We highly recommend Snook Bight and joining the club is one of the best decisions we've made since moving to SWFL!

Hubs on kayak we saw 6 dolphins that were less than 5 feet from us & that was in marina

Pros: price, marina, parking, helpful staff, freedom with kayak Cons: no tips on routes, no one suggested we take water, self docking It's on my bucket list to kayak with hubs on vacation this summer. On the beach rentals were $60 bucks per person. Here we paid $20 bucks a person and got our own kayaks. It's $20 for 2 hours and $30 bucks after that but hubs arms were done at 2 hour mark. Located directly behind Publix and we called ahead and they held kayaks for us. We went from 1:15 to 3:30 they only charged us $20 each or $40 overall. When we got back we had to dock our own kayak which is no problem for us. And there is a bar with happy hour from 3-6 only a few feet from marina. Overall it's been a great day. With a huge tip for our waitress at the bar & kayaking it's still less than we would have paid on the beach. If you know how to kayak and just want to explore the wildlife go here and save yourself some cash.

Wow! We called 1 week before Labor Day and the lady said someone just canceled and there was an…read more"ultimate" site available. She said it's the 2nd best campsite on here. Well, she sure was right. Pull in slots and you pull right up to the water. They have boat slips and many sites you can have your bot right in front or on side of your RV. They do not allow tents. The woman who helped me during several phone calls asking for info could not have been more helpful or friendly ! I finally met her to reserve my same site for next years Labor Day because they book up quick (they only have 5 'ultimate' sites, I can't speak on availability on other sites. A quick 5 minute walk and you are over at the Nauti Parrot dock bar which has good food, good drinks, and live music. The only downside is the pool is *very* small. And was full both times we went to go and opted not to. Glass is not allowed but with all the people with Dixie cups / coolers and kids I didn't feel being that crowded in a small-ish pool.

The resort is just beautiful, it's surrounded by water on three sides and the view out our RV window was breathtaking. The pool, grounds and restrooms were always meticulously kept clean. I can't start saying enough good things about the staff, Stephanie (the resort manager), Denise (the office supervisor) and Gary and Kevin (the hardest working men I've ever met) pour their hearts and souls out to make sure your visit is a pleasant experience. We travel a lot and have stayed in many places but this one beats them all. I have to take two injections twice a month for an illness I have. It's shipped on ice and has to be kept cold. I notified Stephanie that it would be arriving the following day. The next morning I had a knock on my RV door, when I opened it Gary handed me my medicine. To me that goes beyond great customer service, it shows they truly care about their guest. Don't let me forget to mention the little tractor. If you don't want to back your travel trailer Gary or Kevin will put it in your spot with the tractor and not leave until you are 100% satisfied that it's exactly where you want it and it's level. In my opinion this is the best RV Resort in the Fort Myers and Sanibel area.

This is a no frills small little hotel by the water in Ft. Myers. Not by the beach, but a canal. A…read morestep up from a motel truth be told. But a $100 per night, a bed and a shower is about as much as you can expect. The room was surprisingly large and cold! Good god it was freezing. It was also quite clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. As far as amenities goes, there is free parking, free wi-fi, a pool, and they have free kayaks hotel guests. Can use. They also rent boats for $100 per day. These are full on boats. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint is that house keeping just barged in while we were in bed. Lucky for us, they didn't get a show, but we got a big scare. This is an OK place if you are staying just for the night and have no plans to chill at the hotel. For the price is good enough.

The room they left open for us was one bed with 4 girls staying in the room. Luckily, the front desk associate answered and changed our room to the correct number of beds. Once we finally arrived in the correct room, we brought our luggage in to find roaches crawling on the floor and bugs in the sheets!! We took our things and left immediately finding a different hotel to stay in. I attempted to call the front desk a couple times with no response and no return phone call the next day. Very unsanitary conditions and I don't recommend anyone to stay here.
