Personally, they've been detrimental to my wallet,patience most importantly my priceless sanity!!! This is the most apropos example of blatant,premeditated dishonest,disrespectful behavior I've experienced lately. IF the RV DOCTOR is responsible for other people's homes; I/ we as patrons expect more diligence,integrity & deserve that a reasonable level of expectations are met. My BRAND NEW DOMETIC PORCELAIN toilet held water for 3-4 weeks. The water started quickly seeping from the ball/valve @ bottom?? I think it's a gasket or a seal? I shouldn't have to think about it because I paid $ 386.00 more BC I bought it from the RV DOCTOR when I could've gotten the SAME toilet from Amazon for $300.00.WHY would I do this?? BC I was fed a line of BS & admittedly I bit hook, line & sinker!! IF I bought it from the RV DOCTOR then the "warranty" on the service was extended,better, covered more etc. so I believed them!! Installation was $1600.00 & my $2,286.00 toilet worked for 3-4 weeks. This August will be 2 yrs. I made the RV DOCTOR aware of this issue immediately when it occurred. I am a reasonable person & it wasn't an emergency situation BC my father had broken his hip & was in rehab.for 3 months. Therefore being patient got me slapped in the face. I still have a $2300 toilet that doesn't work. My 83 yr. old father has a portable toilet in the LIVING ROOM due to this!!!I either run to the main house, hold it or pee out in the yard because of YOU people!! This is a repulsive & REPUGNANT way of conducting business!! How have you stayed in business?? ONLY 78 people took the time to write their awful experiences with the RV Doctor, just imagine how many others there are? SHAME ON all of you for taking advantage of SOOO many people!! Karma is a bitch they say... I wish no ill will on anyone, I do wish they would keep their word.

Went to talk to them. Found a small tree growing in front of the Rv. They said, the county won't let them mow. We need to find another company to fix the door again. Over 2000.00 bucks wasted. Only if they come to the house. We used RV DOCTOR before,that's why we went back. Yes, big time lies. Bull ers. Very disappointed.

Turns out he ordered the wrong part, so he put the old part back in, and said he would be back when the correct one came. We waited and waited, and then couldn't get ahold of him. Long story short. He forged the paper my husband needed to sign for the insurance company stating the work was completed, and he was paid for the work that was never finished. We found this out when we tried to to get approval for repairs elsewhere. We will be providing the authorities with this information when we return to Florida. It was over $900

I called on Jimmy to diagnose an issue with my RV that only had 22,000 miles on it…read more He said it was the fuel pump which was attached to the gas tank. Once approval to do the job was given, Jimmy ordered the part, for which I paid $660. and labor of $1,000. to install. Upon completion of the job, the problem still existed. Because the pump was not the problem, I requested that Jimmy give me the pump which he removed, instead he drove off with it. I called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message requesting he return the pump. It has been since May 5th and still not heard from him or seen the part. $1,660. later and not the issue. Obviously very disappointed in his service and attitude, and even more upset he does not return my calls or return my part as it is a perfectly good pump.
