My vehicle sat in front of their establishment for almost six weeks, and I called to find out what was going on and was told that they were going to let the second mechanic do all the work. Problem was, they didn't tell me, so I had no access to my vehicle for six weeks, and now that has been extended to about another three weeks, because I just got it to the next mechanic. Couldn't even get them to put fluid in the vehicle, so that I could drive it over, so I had to pay for another tow. Employees walked by my vehicle for six weeks and couldn't even think to call and tell me to come get it. Simply amazing.

If the manager took time to address the concern, he would've understood i was there after 3 pm and the young man and i both sat for 30 mins then he proceeded to his vehicle and left. I in turn left as well and took my business to the Arabs who fixed my tire as i pulled in. I drove up, was greeted and assisted within 10 mins. Thats what you call great customer service. She said it was closed due to covid-19. I know of no other station that has closed their restrooms because of covid. When you drive 50 some miles, you need a restroom break. I thought it was a law that if you sell food and beverages that you had to provide at least a porta potty. Plus she did not have to be rude, as I was very polite while asking. What is wrong with the younger generation? They have no manners. I will not go back.
