My vehicle sat in front of their establishment for almost six weeks, and I called to find out what was going on and was told that they were going to let the second mechanic do all the work. Problem was, they didn't tell me, so I had no access to my vehicle for six weeks, and now that has been extended to about another three weeks, because I just got it to the next mechanic. Couldn't even get them to put fluid in the vehicle, so that I could drive it over, so I had to pay for another tow. Employees walked by my vehicle for six weeks and couldn't even think to call and tell me to come get it. Simply amazing.

I arrived under the tire shop at 3 in an empty slot and waited for over 30 mins to never be served. There was one young man already working on a car and apparently another sitting in the corner. After speaking with the manager, it was stated he was on a lunch break and they need to take their lunch break between 12 to 2. If the manager took time to address the concern, he would've understood i was there after 3 pm and the young man and i both sat for 30 mins then he proceeded to his vehicle and left. I in turn left as well and took my business to the Arabs who fixed my tire as i pulled in. I drove up, was greeted and assisted within 10 mins. Thats what you call great customer service. At least acknowledgement if there is nooo signage giving directions!! Echo please do better with signage or better customer service if you actually value your business. He responded No, but they are good. When I looked at the piece I then asked him what kind of tool did you use to try to remove this piece and in the process breaking it? His mechanic answered and said ... a pipe wrench! How can anyone in their right might use a plumber's tool to fix a car. I was furious. After Dennis and I spoke he said it wasn't his mechanic's fault and I should take my "piece of s*** car" out of his shop. So you see folks, you come on down to good old Target Tire to get your suspension broke by a plumber's tool, and then get your car called all kinds of names. Never heard of a tire place that doesn't have the ability to rotate or align tires but is willing the change them. I will say a positive is they offer some of the newest tires on island. From the time we went in to the time we left we were there for only 40 minutes. The customer service rep was so helpful and patient in looking up all of my husbands requests and they are having a sale on everything. We got the set we wanted for 20% off....score! The hubby was undecided between two sets of tires at one point and the rep let him go on the back into the warehouse to see them. It costs $10 extra per tire to balance but you might as well get that done while you are there. They are able to get cars out quickly because they had 2-3 ppl working on our car alone even with all of the walk ins. It looks like they are also popular for changing car batteries as we saw a few customer come and go for that. We used Rodriguez last year as well when the tires to my car needed a patch and then replacement. They still deliver on the same level of customer service and products.
