They did more damage than good. by a lot. We had spent a lot of time adopting quickbooks for our small business. Finally gotten all the data in, and hired Noir financial to review all of our books, prepare financial statements, and get ready for our taxes. Kyle was our primary contact. We spent a lot of time going over what we needed before engaging with him. He said all of it was straight forward, and gave us an estimate for the hours. He started by deleting / changing _incorrectly_ over 30% of the last 2 years of transactions, (our new accountant confirmed its was horrible). We had 2 months to file our taxes, and he missed the deadline, sending to the IRS an incorrect return that didn't include our business accounting (fraud?), _and_ charged us 4 times the initial estimate, refusing to back down. This cost us over $3,000 just to fix the problems he created in quickbooks. It cost us $14,000 in IRS fines for the tax problems. and it cost us nearly $40,000 in financing when we couldn't produce financial reports for our commercial property... read more
