This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.

I was very clear up front--I told them how many windows I had and that my house is raised five feet. They quoted me $200, which felt fair for a full, detailed job. I agreed. They showed up on time and said the job would take about an hour and a half. But 45 minutes later, the technician rang the doorbell to say he was finished. That already seemed too quick to have cleaned all the windows and scrubbed the frames of a raised house with around 18 windows--but I was on a work call, so I said I'd check the work when I was done. When I finally walked around to inspect everything, I saw that while the window panes looked okay, the frames were still visibly dirty. I asked him to come back out and showed him several areas that hadn't been cleaned. That's when he told me he had only cleaned the middle of the windows. I reminded him that one of the main reasons I hired him was because he explicitly said he cleans the frames too. His response? "Do you want me to do all of them?" I was floored. Of course I do--that's literally what I hired him for. He got back to work, and as I watched from inside, I realized he didn't have a ladder. My house is raised, and some of the windows are 12 feet off the ground--there's just no way you can scrub those frames from the ground. When he finished again, I invited him in and asked him to open a few windows so we could both look at the still-dirty frames. I asked him directly if he had a ladder. He said yes. I asked again if he had used one. He finally admitted he hadn't. At that point, I was too frustrated to keep going back and forth. I told him I'd pay him half and let it go. To his credit, he was respectful and receptive when I gave him feedback. But that doesn't change the fact that I didn't get the service I was promised. Hopefully it was a good lesson learned for him going toward with his new business.

I'm a neglectful housekeeper and I knew this job was bigger than me. I called on a Saturday and had Kenia here on a Sunday ON HER DAY OFF!! She did an amazing job. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned surfaces and appliances(outer surfaces), cleaned sinks and shower, dusted baseboards and organized. She was here for 7 hrs ! I only have a 1B/B 800 sf shotgun. The cost for a deep clean was $140 which is very reasonable and the cheapest of the 4 comparisons I made. As a side note the owner, Halfi, did an excellent job of arranging this in short order time.
