These people are thieves. I shipped for engines in one single pallet using their services. Keep in my that they only arrange shipping. The shipping is done by a 3rd party company, in my case Forward Air. The total pallet weight I estimated to around 500 lbs. I know each engine is about 120 lbs and the pallet contained 4 engines. Few weeks later, they told me the total weight was actually 1350 lbs which is ridiculous. I asked for proof of this and they didn't provide any. Another 3 months later they charge my credit card $568. I kept on contacting their billing department and no one every got back to me neither phone or email. Even one of their customer representatives tried to contact them internally and they couldn't. It seems like this is a premeditated scam. These people are in scamming business. They are point blank thieves. Please stay away from their services and arrange your own shipping directly with the shipping company. read more

I had the same issue all the other posting note, NTG gave me rates for 3 loads from various origins and dropped all 3 loads in my lap and has been the same result I have got the other 3-4 times I tried other agents. Stay away they are horrible! read more

Not sure how it is working for them. But when you're hauling a load for them, good luck getting in touch with the assholes! Was on hold for an hour and a half before I used my own credit card for the lumper fee. We do our jobs hauling the load for you, do yours and answer your fucking phone! What a joke!!! Absolutely hands down WORST freight company you could ever attempt to offer your services to. Start to finish terrible. they are completely unprofessional. I dealt with lirus in particular with quick pay. mind you I only ran one load for this terrible company and it took me almost three weeks of hell to get paid. then when they finally paid me for the only load I ever ran for them, they still took their 3% fee for quick pay Out of my pay. That was the final straw for me and what lead me here. Please owner operators, and companies in general, trust me when I tell you, steer as far clear from them as you can. Not to mention their employees literally dont know English so you can't hardly understand them while trying to get them to fix their f*Ck ups. Then they get mad at you for not understanding them. Took this company 5 days to make a simple pickup which caused me to lose my business. They then have the nerve to bill me for this at the price quoted with no discount for their massive service failure. When I refused to pay their invoice one of their staff called my office over 60 times within a 30 minute time frame harassing me and my employees. Very very unprofessional service. I would not recommend using them if they were the last trucking company in the world!!!! read more

As a freight Forwarder I have been using NTG for a year. Working With Robert and Brett have been awesome. Very great rates provided! They are able to mostly meet my high expectations. We are still working through the expectations portion as I and my team members use them more often. Rob is truly my rescue ranger. Every time I am stuck and need something moved he manages to find a way to get it moved for me, Product is delivered on time and undamaged. Tracking is a small issue that is getting better! Beware all carriers about FRAUD !!! Nolan transportation group give to us load already badd order and ( RETERNED ) on BOL before. Nolan try to push it to pay us the money for loot has been already in trash. We have proof and BOL from the previous Carrier. When that trucking co.,previous driver had this information in the BOL.This load already was NOT good and been returned. How they could higher than other Carrier( trucking companies) to move the slowed BED load. FRAUD!!! Ridiculous, headache, problem,stress. Not recommend NOLAN ever!! read more

Noland Transportation is a BIG JOKE. We did a load for them after we got loaded we were told it would not get unloaded until the next week 6 days. we told them we could not do that. By the time we got to talk to someone that thanks he is way better then you are we were told they could not unload it, we ask how much will we get paid for this. they could not tell us. I called the Atlanta office and they said that they will take care of us. call Monday, Called Monday and they said we will not get any extra money for holding the load. I took the load to our yard and told them when we get paid we will deliver the load. after that Noland began calling some of out customers and telling tem that we were a bad trucking company. and tried to get the business. our customers know we are a excellent carrier and for them to stop calling. they did that to 6 of our customers. and all of them told them the samething but also got on us about them calling. we deliverd there load in trust and got short paid. every carrier I have talked to has said negative things about Noland Transportation. DO NOT USE NOLAND TRANSPORTATION THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. VERY BAD COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THEM . read more

I booked a load with this company, was speaking with Drew Fergurson out of the Atlanta office. He stated that he had already had my carrier's package and to just update my Insurance, did that. got the confirmation. pick up the load and delivered the load on time. fax in the invoice, bol and confirmation the day it was delivered. faxed it to the # drew gave me, he said he never received it. ok, it 5.00 now and they are now closed. called back monday morning. Drew says to send my paperwork to a different # so I do that. He then called me back to tell me he doesnt have my carrier's info nor my Insurance and I need to send that. LIKE REALLY!!!!!! you are booking a load and dont have the correct info you need!!!! I was like you told me I was in your system and good to go, He actually told me he never told me that and started yelling at me and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with a supervisor and spoke with rad in which he explained what may have happened but Drew never took the time to communicate properly. he was rude with a very serious attitude!!!! I never want to deal with him again!!! I have a good reputation as a carrier, always on time and there when I commit to a job..... The only way I will carry for Nolan Transportaion is to never deal with Drew Fergurson EVER!!!!! read more
