We had our home vinyl sided in the Spring and had them back to do our roof a few weeks ago. Very polite, responsive to our calls or text messages. His work is professional and came out beautiful. Pricing was much cheaper than other estimates. This is a small family owned business that takes great pride in their work and are always there whenever you need them, not like those big companies who charge twice as much and then sell the job to (the lowest bidder) subcontractors, who have little to no accountability. I took 4 quotes from businesses for a leaky roof, and I decided to go with Jose. He was very curtious and respectful in all aspects of the job. He not only offered the best price for which he quoted us, but he was the quickest who responded to my inquiry and finished the job in a timely manner . While he was working on my roof, he mentioned how bad in shape was the siding that the previous owner installed He gave me a great price on that also and is in the process off completing this job. Hired them to replace my gutters. They pulled a load bearing support beam on the first floor porch (after being told TWICE, by two different people, including another contractor, not to) and caused a literal disaster. My tenants had to be out of the building almost two weeks. Three levels of porches completely collapsed; with the siding, retaining wall, landscaping, and exterior doors, the total amount of damages is in the tens of thousands (they are insured, thankfully). Met with Jose in June to go over what repairs needed to be done. The work was to replace cedar siding on one side of the house and nail off the siding on the other 3 sides as they were loose and or curling. He was also to re-fasten and or replace various trim, trim on 3 windows, and the rake trim that goes up along side of the roof which was on the same side as the replaced siding. He informed me that i would be responsible for the supplies. He provided a list, i purchased and had it delivered. I had it there 2 weeks prior to his actual start. He arrived with 2 other workers. They quickly stripped the siding off. He then informed me that the Tyvek house wrap needed to be replaced. I was working, but had to drop everything and go get it so he could keep going. Not sure why he didn't just go get and bill me for. When he went to install the siding, he asked if he could borrow my saw as he forgot his. I was a bit shocked, but provided so things kept moving along. I was then told that the nail gun broke. That was the end of their day. The returned the next day and quickly got to work. I had asked him to check the flashing between the lower roof and the wall that he was siding as i have had water coming in from time to time. I went back to work. A while later, I checked in and asked if he checked the flashing. He said no, but he will check. They had already sided past that point. He did go back and yes found that the flashing was wrong and needed to be re-done. Glad i asked. He also said that part of the roof would need to be removed for the flashing. I gave the approval to move forward. When the siding was done, they were packing up to leave and he asked for a check. I asked about the rake trim board that he didn't replaced and nailing of all the remaining siding. He insisted that it wasn't in his contract. I disagreed with him and told him that he provided a quote for the work. I was ok with the cost. He said that he would need to go get additional nails. I had all along requested that stainless steel nails be used as they were going into cedar siding. Well the rake trim never got replaced, the siding that ran along the roof was cut wrong (i couldn't see it until I was over my neighbors house and looked up) the wrong nails were used causing them to rust and the siding to turn black and they set the nail gun so high that many of the nails are imbedded in the siding. The painter is having a tough time and can't guarantee that the rust from the nails won't come thru the stain. As you can see from the photos the work is sub par. Nolberto doesn't like to write his quotes nor does he want to sign a contract. Word to anyone thinking of using him, don't. read more

I hired this company to do a smallish job fascia board replacement, They were quick to come out and bid and I did hire them the next day then I had to keep calling them to set up a date/time for the project ... They never showed nor did I receive and notice. I called and left a message, texted and the left a message here... still have not heard from them ... unprofessional is what they excel at. read more

These guys were awesome. I sent messages out on Monday after contacting multiple roofing companies. some didn't service the area, some did not have availability and others just left me hanging. Jose was super professional and was able to work on my leaky roof which needed patchwork done the same day. he was in and out and my roof no longer leaks. he noticed some other things and showed me before and after fix after getting the ok from me to repair them.
