He had to back fill the whole wall with dirt and I will have to have it demoed and rebuilt. He shorted me on the wall the length as it IS NOT the agreed upon length in the contract. . He assured me he would be here for the whole project and was not. He left a coworker that did not speak English who just sat on his phone screaming in my back yard the whole last day of work (I use the term work very very very loosely). They left stone dust around the patio they built and not loom as discussed. You cant plant grass on stone dust. The Owner "president" did not know anything about how to build a retaining wall and after telling him over and over and over again that the wall needed to be back firther he did not do what I instructed. It is a wall. NOT a retaining wall. It is retaining NOTHING. He also stole my Grandmothers decorative Pot. He said he broke it but could not produce the broken pot. I hope he enjoys it. He is a hack and a thief.
