My experience with Big Tuna was the exact opposite of everything I've experienced previously. It's how I always thought the process should be. They are extremely responsive. It seems like they get it. I don't have to spell out every little thing for them. I was having my old site redesigned. The original site took something like 8 months to get finished. It was only Okay and I was pulling my hair out by the end of it. My Big Tuna site was DONE in 3 weeks and is OUTSTANDING. Oh and I should probably mention it was $1200... my old site cost me close to $4k. Since then I have requested a handful of updates and they have all been completed the same day.
