Even the lady at the volunteer desk offered to help me when I expressed a need to go to the restroom since my arm was in a sling. She reflected the culture of the entire staff. I have never felt more cared for than at this medical facility. The facility is only a few years old and very clean. If you are in need of any type of care done at this facility, I highly recommend them.

In fact, I chose not to travel out of town that weekend specifically because I did not want to miss this appointment. I also completed all intake forms and paperwork online ahead of time to make the process as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, there was a major accident on the highway during my 40-minute drive to the office. As soon as I realized I would be delayed, I called the office twice, but no one answered. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and letting them know I was still on my way. I finally received a callback when I was only two minutes away from the office. I informed the front desk that I was pulling into the parking lot. When I arrived, approximately 20 minutes into my one-hour appointment, I was told that my therapist, Grant Mullins, would not be able to see me because an entire hour was required for the initial assessment. What made this especially frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility, empathy, or effort to find a solution. Grant was present and watched the conversation taking place at the front desk from one of the treatment stations, yet never approached me to discuss the situation personally. There were no patients with him at the time, as the appointment slot had been reserved for me. Rather than attempting a shortened evaluation, discussing next steps, or even acknowledging the inconvenience, I was simply turned away after driving 40 minutes to get there. I understand that schedules matter and that policies exist. However, exceptional patient care requires communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy. After making every reasonable effort to notify the office of my delay, completing all paperwork in advance, and arriving ready for my appointment, I expected far better treatment. Instead, I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and as though my time had no value. I don't know if race has anything to do with it, but it's an all white office in Tennessee, and I am black. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice and will be seeking care elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE that Dr. Treadway does soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments, because it often so needed. They also offer cupping, dry needling, and other services that l'm sure l'm completely unaware of. They accept insurance too, which often makes them much more affordable than most other chiropractors. I have Tourette Syndrome, which makes me a complex and easily injured patient, and unlike multiple other chiropractors, Dr. Treadway has never ONCE mentioned that I need to stop doing my tics or guilted me for doing them, which I SOOO appreciate because it would absolutely crush my spirit and make me feel so so discouraged. I actually thanked her for that at my most recent appointment and she said something like "Why would I make you feel bad or tell you to stop doing something that you have literally no control over?" She is truly so patient and incredible. Location-wise, they aren't the closest chiropractors to my house (I live south of Franklin and they are in North Franklin), but if necessary, l'd drive even farther to be adjusted by Dr. Treadway because of how much better I feel after her adjustments by her. Highly highly recommended! I also take my elementary aged child who can be a handful and Dr. Treadway is so patient with my child a gives my child such thorough adjustments. My child really likes going to see her. I should also mention that my husband gets adjusted by Dr. Davis and is very pleased with Dr. Davis' adjustments. The 7:00am appointments they offer are very convenient for him because he works close-by in Cool Springs and is able to get adjusted before work. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we would still go to Drs. Davis and Treadway if they didn't accept insurance because they are so exceptional. The fact that they do is just the icing on the cake.

I had an injury recently from working out and it has been giving me a lot of issues. After visiting her, I felt a sense of security and a better understanding of what I needed to do for my wellness. This business "rubbed me the wrong way". I purchased a Groupon that was to include an exam,…read morex-rays, diagnosis, and a deep tissue massage. When I called to schedule the appointment, they required an immediate redemption of the coupon instead of redeeming at the time of service,. I was advised all three services had to be at different visits. I was able to negotiate the "diagnosis" and deep tissue massage both in one visit; however, they made it seem like this was a terrible inconvenience. When I arrived for the first appointment, the greeting was " I'll need to have your insurance card". I refused to provide, because I was there primarily for the deep tissue massage and my insurance doesn't cover that. The office team had a major discussion about what to do with that response and relented, though, the next obstacle was completing their six pages of intake forms. The forms were clearly for people that had chiropractic needs. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and, have never had back or neck pain, so this was another annoyance.. I completed the forms To indicate I had no pain. I'm not sure what a chiropractic exam looks like, But, I don't think I got one.Dr. Quinn; however, was able to interpret by the x-rays that I'm very close to requiring surgery and had the top five worst spines he's ever seen. Bones were almost fused together, my fingers and hands should've been numb, major arthritis and traumatic injuries were revealed from his perspective. I've been very blessed to never have any symptoms while being such a mess. He estimated it would take about 42 months of weekly visits to stop the progression. When I asked for copies of the x-rays or if I could just take a picture of them, he refused and said I must pay for those. Also, he refused to write down anything he was saying because, that would take an hour and a half to devise a "treatment plan". Silly me, I thought the Groupon included exam, x-rays, diagnosis, and deep tissue massage. Apparently, he feels the payment is for him to keep the x-rays and diagnosis to himself. The deep tissue massage was good quality. Dr. Quinn may be very competent, but, I wouldn't entrust him with my healthcare based on his greed, and scare tactics. He would be well served to encourage his patients that have such significant findings requiring extensive treatment, to get a second opinion. Probably, even from an orthopedic doctor that specializes in spines, etc. Instead, he was arrogant.
