They also worked with us to make improvements in the original plan. I would give them five stars on Communication, workmanship, timeliness of completion, creativity and follow up. They were also patient and supportive in helping us to make sure to explain what was done wrong by the previous contractor and what was needed to correct it. We ended up with a beautiful backyard that we are very proud of and will enjoy for years to come. Price wise, they're probably not the cheapest you can find, but we learned the hard way you get what you pay for.

They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.

Just lost my business over preventable issues. Over mixed an ingredient on an application, killed…read moremy lawn, first mistake. They offered to make it right and fix it and put sprinklers out on timers, no problem. I hear a loud noise last night, go out to my spigot, it's gushing water everywhere, second mistake; timer wasn't setup right and I have 3 inches of standing water below spigot against my foundation-this was before the rain and storm hit, which could cost $20k or more if it flooded my basement. I let em know, they said the owner would be out first thing in the morning. After noon today, I see 2 guys on my property adjusting hoses/sprinklers, no acknowledgement or telling us they were here-no call or reach out from the business, nothing. I go out, turns out one is the owner, I asked him to cancel and remove his equipment and refund all monies paid this year. Owner didn't even say sorry or acknowledge the issue. Only positive is an hour after that, director of ops, Kenny called me and owned it and apologized, offered to bring my check out today, so at least he did the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this business.

I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.
