Terrible customer service. Will not return any of my emails or phone calls. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy. read more

I've been using No Lawn Left Behind for weed control and fertilizing for several years and have been very pleased. They come out to do the services in a timely matter and if I have any questions or concerns the address them. I have checked around on pricing and they are a good value for your money. Beware of this company! There is a reason you cannot leave a Facebook or Google review for them. They take your money and run! I hired this company in April to do some projects. They came out and removed some shrubs/tiny trees that were growing out around my garage. They damaged the siding in the process. They also were supposed to remove rock and a remainder of a tree stump from my front yard, haul in dirt and seed it. As you can see from my pictures, they never removed the stump nor put enough dirt on it to cover it and the seed never sprouted. Approximately two and a half weeks after this I had sent a picture to Nick who was in charge of the project to show him that the seed had never sprouted. He came out and looked at it and said I was doing a good job keeping it watered and that they have had a few jobs where the seed had germinated too early and had to be redone. He took a rake out and raked it up a little bit and threw more seed on it and told me he would be back next week to finish the other project they were hired to do. He never showed up so I emailed him again and he assured me again he would be there the next week. He never showed up again. He will not respond to my messages so I emailed the owner. The owner told me he would speak with Nick but with the dry season we had, he insinuated that it was my fault for not keeping it watered and that it is the owner's job to take care of the grass and keep the weeds away after they seed it. I explained to him and sent him several pictures to show him that the seed never sprouted nor did they put enough dirt to cover the tree stump that they were supposed to have removed. He will not return any of my messages. I'm afraid the only way to get my money back now is to go to court. read more

Just moved into a new rental and they do a fabulous job! And this is coming from someone who is married to a lawn care worker.

Horrible customer service/work ethic. I have an Invisible Dog Fence and at the time they were in my yard working my alarm went off and it was apparent that they cut the fence. I guaranteed payment for repair by Brandon Garrido (supervisor on site) that day and in a call about 1 week later but once I had the repair done and documentation regarding the repair .... no response other then being told by Brandon that he had no control any longer. In addition, they are contracted by my Hubbell HOA (Mill Ridge Town homes) and after they are done with the yard work every time, there are gigantic tire marks in my yard and always grass clippings all over porch. Horrible service and they have no regard for damage done to a customers property. read more

We have used them for mowing and snow removal for 5 year on three rental houses. They always keep do a good job. Would recommend.
