My first one person office I decided was the best fit was at The Work Lodge Woodlands location and I went with The Work Lodge Black one person window view office which had a more premium feel due to my clients all being high level executives and doctors and I wanted to present the company as premium to justify our service costs. After only one quarter of being at The Work Lodge Woodlands, we doubled our revenue and I needed to go into a 3 Person office and my team all lived closer to The Work Lodge Vintage location which had a great Vibe and Culture as well like The Woodlands location so we moved there. No Joke, by the time the second quarter ended at The Work Lodge Vintage Location, we doubled last quarter's numbers, and the company now outgrew that 3 person office and we now moved into our new 5 person office at the very front of The Work Lodge Vintage location and are seeing the same growth for this quarter. Also, they provided all the HIGH END Modern office chairs, furniture, internet, fruit infused water, coffee, and more!!! Who does that??!! Needless to say, we have not only been able to generate revenue to sustain this growth, but because I went into The Work Lodge and not a traditional office space lease that would lock us down into a long term lease into a 3 year, 5 year, or even 10 year lease, we were able to seamlessly move into a bigger and bigger office each time by simply paying the difference. The ability to scale so effortlessly in a business focus environment is a GAME CHANGER!! Samatha Capdepon and Trisha Gunter who communicate about lease deposits and office charges have NO clue what Plano Corp office charges. They confused me and overcharged me in several line items on my lease. There were items missing from my lease and verbal commitments told to me that did not happen. I feel like I was misled. Further, while I was disputing the incorrect items on my lease, Lucid Private Offices were charging me late fees while we were in written communications. The management team did nothing. They said they would hold the late fees while I was disputing items that were incorrect on my lease. I was told they would not charge me. The Woodlands Management Team did NOTHING. The entire lack of communication in reference to actual lease issue has happened to several other people at this Woodlands location. I have been here going on 2 1/2 years and I'm totally disappointed by the way I have been treated. Lots of talk, No action. Do not sign a lease here unless you have everything in writing from the management team here at The Woodlands location.

Both myself and the tenant have always been very happy with them. The staff is sweet and knowledgeable. Jennifer will go out of her way to help you with pretty much anything from setting up your internet to mailing something off for you. They really do go above and beyond at Innovative. The building and common areas are cleaned and stocked daily. And even though I don't drink coffee, I know there is always freshly brewed coffee available for the tenants and their guests. There is always a smiling face there to greet your guests and make them feel comfortable. Your guests/clients are also always greeted with a sweet and professional voice when they call in. Overall, my experience with the Innovative has been very positive as is everyone else's that I know of that have come in contact with them (rather they be a tenant or a guest of a tenant). I recently had the misfortune of working with a company that claims to offer flexible office spaces and coworking solutions, but what I encountered was pure deception and manipulation at every turn. First off, I was shocked to learn that Regus holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)--and frankly, after my experience, it's no surprise. This rating is a testament to their appalling business practices and utter disregard for their customers. Regus markets itself as affordable and flexible, but don't be fooled. Once you sign the dotted line, the story changes entirely. They bombard you with hidden fees buried deep in the fine print, and suddenly, the cost of their "affordable" office space skyrockets. The price you see online is only a fraction of what you'll actually end up paying, and they make sure to catch you off guard with extra charges that weren't even mentioned upfront. The contracts are deliberately vague. You'll find it nearly impossible to make any changes or cancellations without being hit with outrageous penalties. When I tried to clarify my obligations, I was met with nothing but dismissive and unhelpful customer service. Every attempt to get answers was met with frustration. What's worse? Regus is charging for services they never provided. Months after I stopped using their services, I was still charged, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with evasive responses and zero accountability. They couldn't even provide an explanation for the charges on my account, let alone offer a solution. I'm clearly not alone in this experience. Regus' BBB profile is filled with numerous complaints from other customers who have been scammed, misled, and left with unresolved issues. When they do respond, it's typically with vague, cookie-cutter replies that offer no real resolution or support. It's clear they have no interest in resolving customer issues--they just want to take your money and move on. At the end of the day, Regus seems more concerned with getting your money than actually providing any meaningful service. The combination of misleading advertising, hidden fees, and dreadful customer support makes them a company to avoid at all costs. If you're considering using Regus, run the other way. Trust me, there are far better options out there that actually care about their customers and value transparency. Stay away from this scam. Save yourself the headache and the money.
