The girls of our group ditched us to do some shopping and had wanted to get up super early to look at nature and walk around the city. Man it was so nice sleeping in. It reminds me a giant Eggs Benedict but the egg isn't necessarily poached. I love Eggs Benny so it was easy for me to devour this dish. Putting an egg on top of swiss cheese with a Bechamel sauce just sounds right. Since there's Swiss, of course you gotta have ham with it because Cubano's are a thing...Wait that's it!! I had a mocha to go along with my meal which was smooth and sweet. For the main, I "built my own bear".
