I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week. It is now too late to get the work done before work on Monday, and I will miss a day of work sorting out the problems he caused by not simply giving me a five-minute phone call on Friday. Within an hour of our call, they were back to us. Kevin and Dan drove to our home location and reviewed our situation. The next day we had a very competitive proposal with a next day starting time. They arrived at 8:00 AM, on time, and started the agreed repairs. As I was out of the house on all 3 days, they performed their duties as to what was to be done. Additionally, in installing a surround tub and backwall, they removed a 40-year-old tub and disposed of it.
