Without getting into my medical specifics, after visiting Dr. Allen my situation got worse quickly and turned out to be more serious than it had initially seemed. His staff was amazing in helping me through initial issues that popped up while he was in another surgery. Then he got my surgery scheduled and answered all of my questions. Post-surgery I had complications due to my particular reaction to the procedure. He spent nearly two hours at the hospital that evening providing care for me directly which avoided a second surgery. Park lane allergy offers rush allergy shots and the traditional weekly shots over the years. I chose the rush allergy shots where I take one day off from work to sit in their office and do most of the shots upfront then two months weekly shots before I go to monthly. That works way better with my schedule demands. Everybody in the office was very nice. Also, I love their hours, open at 7AM and close for lunch everyday and half day Friday.
