I bought a 2022 Silverado 1500 LT in Bradenton, FL and it only had an old fob and no spare. The dealership cost for a backup fob was $400-$600 and I had to make an appointment and leave the truck for at least 2 hours. Don't call this company for a smart lock installs. I called them to install a smart lock and the first thing that the technician told me is that "I think that I can do it". Once he arrived, he was in a extreme rush to get it done. Even though, it was a high end product, he didn't look for instructions. Once he got stock and noticed that it was not properly installed, he them began looking at the instructions. He told me that "it is installed". He noticed that it was not working properly, it was not opening or closing like it was supposed to. He immediately charged me $164 and ran, (literally ran) leaving behind the parts from the previous lock all over the floor, even outside the entryway. After calling the company, to request a follow up and explained my situation, they keep telling me that "a member of management will get in contact with me". That was three day ago and three called backs from my part trying to get a "management". The whole experience was a rip off. Now I have to call a real professional company that knows how to deal with high end smart locks to come and do the job. read more

Other locksmiths I've dealt with seem to tinker around with the lock, taking extra time and trying to convince you to replace rather than repair a lock. Not Ray: he is completely honest and even used a little " hack " after he he already completed the job that would make using this particular key easier. Just needed the locks changed on a roll top desk. Keith shows up unscheduled, has wrong parts and proceeds to tell me that "he'll make em work" because that's what a locksmith does. After an hour of cutting and bending and asking me if I had any extra screws ( lost one) he pronounced the job done and left. Neither lock worked. In an effort to get the drawer lock to work, he wrapped duct tape around the catch plate. I spent $110 for two locks that don't work and a desk that has been gouged and scratched worse than before. I found these guys on Yelp and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They showed up on time to replace my lock. Ray was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. The lock plate on the door jam needed quite a bit of modification to make it fit the new lock. Ray had all the tools and bits he could possibly ever need and made everything fit perfectly.
