Stephen was very professional and friendly when we called to have him make a new key/fob for me when I thought I lost my last set of keys. He asked questions and gave a few options for what we may need in the new fob. He had the ability to program a fob for me to keep my automatic trunk opening system functional! Here's the kicker, Stephen himself ended up finding my set of keys IN MY CAR and promptly held them up saying he found them. This was after he made my new set and was checking the trunk function. I was so surprised and he is so honest for showing he found them after working on the new key. I needed a second set anyway because I lost my spare, so happily it all worked out in the end!
