DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The staff will lie about various things. They also close at 4:23PM because I showed up Wednesday when the business hours are supposed to be until 5PM?! I have had to report overhearing them making fun of patients while laughing, too! About patients REAL honest to goodness PAIN. It isn't a joke! It's doctors, nurse practitioners and lab assistants (whatever you call them) whom I also witnessed and proven they all treat patients like that. In those cases, some were loud enough 'as if' they didn't care. Other times (because I sit back and observe EVERY little thing about anything and everyone), I was just coming out of the bathroom to hand something over when I stopped because I heard the lab woman whispering loudly (so I crept up slower then usual and stopped close to her doorway to listen) about patients as well. Soooo... yeah. You can overhear YOUR PAIN being mocked. It's breaks my heart for those who REALLY and honest to GOD need the help. Why the heck would we pay all that extra money if we were addicts?! I would think if you were an addict, you would probably turn to the streets but what do I know? Even after you jump through hoops, etc, there are so many doctors who are (and this I've heard from so many people, EVEN DOCTORS themselves, as well as the fact that I also SADLY have known of people who have died) the main cause of drug OD deaths for dismissing people's pain or what have you, which leads to do to so as well. Be very wary because you need to be cautious about your own HIPPA and privacy... that's all I'll say. They DO NOT care about your health. I asked MULTIPLE times for surgeries/procedures. When I asked to get help for a surgery they made it to where you have to get a new MRI with each new 'name change' of this practice?! They have changed it multiple times (in the building). Don't ask me why they keep changing the facility name because I have absolutely no idea. However, I have had other MRIS and X-rays at the hospital because they were emergencies, since the new doctors, yet everything in what I signed says leads back to them? I don't understand why those didn't count. Paperwork to back it up with disc of X-rays and MRI images each time. I had a terrible torn ligament once and sprain in my foot, I'll try to add some photos updated to this to show, plus had a terrible knee injury so badly that they told me it looked as if I were in a car accident, they X-rays at the hospital for they emergency. I compiled. When I showed up to speak with this facility about about (because they're the ONLY ones I can get pain medication through unless I ask permission and am called back with permission) my injuries, they never once asked me for my paperwork, how I was, nor did they make types of treatment plans for me. I was speechless... I feel I'm not taken seriously. i feel like for people like me who really do seriously and truly need the help just don't get it. I don't know. But what I do know is that for those of us needing help like me (mine are for neck and back, plus other health issues but mainly for Degenerative changes with the bulging/herniated discs- C3/4 right lateral disc bulge. C4/5 right latera disc bulge. C5/6 being the worst due to the Central protrusion effaces partially to the ventral thecal sac & flattens the port. Partial loss of normal cervical lordosis. Vascular calcifications are seen within pelvis region. Those X-rays were done without contrast. Cancer that is possibly back. Kidney issues but that are not serious enough for treatment as of yet and I'm very thankful for that, but also Neuropathy pain, Lupus, Sciatica, RLS, Scoliosis, even more damage from previous car accidents over the years, etc. Then in my back region, my MRI (again without contrast that they were supposed to follow up on) findings word for word are: Degenerative change findings in back as well (done with X-rays and MRI without contrast); There is a 1 cm S2 hemangioma. L1-2: decreased intervertebral disc space with anterior disc bulge. L3-4: bilateral facet hypertrophy. L4-5: Left & Right facet hypertrophy. L5-S1: decreased intervertebral disc space..As well as Hemangiomas within T3 and T6 vertebral bodies? Within the T6 vertebral body there is a T1 and T2 hyperintense focus representing a benign hemangioma. Within the T3 vertebral body there is an additional T1 and T2 hyperintense focus which extends into the right posterior body & pedicle representing an additional hemangioma exhibiting slightly more aggressive features! read more
