In the past, their superfluous claims were targeted at insurance companies. I was told on several occasions that my insurance max had not been reached and, I should schedule more dental work. Even though I didn't need more dental work. I was always uncomfortable with this approach. I was just too lazy to seek out a new provider. Lately, those extraneous services are costing me real dollars. In their defense, the unnecessary procedures are indeed performed. And, the workmanship is adequate. Overall, I feel their practice is dishonest and not trustworthy.

He told me he was going into a heart surgery and I was scared for him since it's a lengthy risk, he may have been an old man but was a brave soul to me. This place was very budget friendly since I didn't have any health insurance, the most I've spent on a check up was $53 only because it also doubled as a cavity fill-in. I can agree with another review that when his staff changed the lobby experience changed a lot, Crystal was the last person we had talked to make an appointment for October 16, 2023. The lady scoffed when taking my money to pay the bill, I don't know if she was just like that or in a bad mood but good riddance for that woman. I hope Dr. Burnette is doing well now a days in what I think is his retirement, I wish him nothing but the best for him and his family, knowing he'll always have a place in the hearts of many in Louisville. (p.s I still have a toothbrush from my last visit and I plan on just saving it for the memories.)

I spent 13 years in pain my body doesn't handle pain well any longer. After the surgery I was given Tylenol, I was in more pain then when I had a 6 inch cage and 12 screws put in my neck, I didn't sleep for 1 minute for three and a half days and didn't consume a single calorie for 8 days, I ended up in the hospital, my hemoglobin's were so low I had to get 5 pints of blood. It's been three weeks they have never followed up with me, They want your money and don't care about you. If they were honest with me pain management would have gave me a scrip. Be warned
