For months, they told me I need to get two crowns as it was "threatening" to the rest of my teeth; my current dentist, who has been in practice longer told me not to worry, as they look fine......scam 2. They forgot to charge me for toothpaste and claimed they notified me three times when it was only twice and even had the audacity to send the collections company after me......lie In summary, they tried to scam me and lied to me. Anyway, Dr. Senn, (I love her name hahaha!) is a God send! My first appointed I arrived on time, had minimal paper work to complete and was immediately taken to an exam room. When I met her she was very warm & personable yet very professional as well. She was very descriptive about everything that needed to be done and explained the cost and the percentage insurance would pay. I appreciate the fact there are TVs in each exam room. It's a great distraction. She is very gentle and considerate during any procedure. She always remains a calm, relaxed with a steady demeanor which helps me stay relaxed. Her assistant is very helpful and personable as well. I need a lot of work done. Dr. Senn is my #1 choice for myself and my family's dental needs. I feel that she is fair, honest, dependable, considerate, compassionate, detail oriented, talented, organized, a perfectionist with her work and well trained in her field. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to say this but I am really glad she is young because I don't want her to retire any time soon! They patiently explained what everything cost, and we put down a deposit to secure the appointment. The day of the surgery, we had an extremely bad experience that could have been avoided. As I was called back after surgery, the nurse assistant coldly lectured me, telling me my daughter was emotional (as some people are after surgery) and not to hug her or comfort her in any way. When I went in, my normally stoic daughter broke down sobbing and the nurse assistant glared at me as though daring me to reach out. On the way home, after I had paid the quoted balance, all my daughter could talk about was how this young woman had treated her while she was half incapacitated. The woman berated my daughter for crying and even told her that she was upsetting other patients. (Knowing that this was not an unusual reaction, she could have discreetly separated my daughter from any allegedly upset patients.) For days afterward, that was the part of the surgery that was the most painful for her. There was no followup appointment, and a month later my daughter was still experiencing discomfort and does not want to go to the dentist anymore. Obviously, we didn't want to go back and risk getting our heads bitten off again and just figured we would let it drop...but imagine our surprise when we got a bill for $613 that they hadn't bothered quoting us for! As it turns out, they had messed that up too and quoted us a bill that was more than 25% less than what they actually wanted us to pay. They agreed to give us a discount on the remainder, but it's not enough. I am giving them two stars instead of one because at least she didn't get dry socket or any complications from the procedure itself. It's just the support staff that was terrible. So, to recap: They were unprofessional, unprepared, and frankly unrepentant. I will never, ever recommend them to anybody.

They gave me the paperwork which I did in a few minutes, and in the meantime they called my dentist office to get the x-rays. Not 5 minutes later they called me in the back. The oral surgeon came only 3 minutes after I sat down in the chair. He spent more time with me than most doctors do with their patients. Last but not least as I was leaving within 15 to 20 minutes someone emailed me the pricing breakdown, most importantly saying how much I needed to pay out-of-pocket after insurance. The previous oral surgeon I went to... Their office took 1-2 months before they called me with that kind of pricing information.

It was before 8:00am so a voicemail came on informing me that I had reached the Blairs so I left a message not thinking anything of it, but feeling thoughtful that I at least gave them a heads up that I was unable to make it (had a pressing medical issue and was called about an opening the Office had) and felt that it would allow someone else to take the slot. A little after 1:00pm when I was supposed to have my appointment I received a phone call from the Office Manager Amber telling me that she never received a call and that she would be charging my account $50.00. I told her that I called earlier that morning and that I would not be paying that $50 charge. I insisted that I called but she said she was the office manager and she had me on speaker with the hygienist and she would be charging my account. (I don't know what significance that played). I called he number and the same message came on which may have been their personal ( I me Jones that maybe looking the Office up gave me that number then I realized I used my work phone instead of my personal phone and I this may have been the number his wife gave me when we first met at work at a network meeting when she gave me the number to call). I called back asking to speak to the dentist because I couldn't believe how rude this girl was to me and I felt that if they tried to put a $50 charge on my account or charged my insurance it would be a fraudulent charge since no services were provided. I am making this post because I later received call of which I told the office manger that I would only speak with the Dentist so she called back and left a voice mail stating that she was the office manager and that she was calling to tell me she that I can pay off my balance and take my business elsewhere. I am appalled that the Dentist would refuse to call me back (I asked if he was in and asked to speak with him and was old he was busy) but instead would allow this rude woman to run his business by insulting his clients and turn down business. I guess they don't need the business so I would not recommend them.
