I called their attention that the senior citizen law states that if two individuals shared several dishes and only one has a senior citizen card, the senior discount should be from 50% of the total cost of the meal. The staff said that their policy is that only one dish (that has the highest cost) will be computed for the discount. I even showed them the law but they still refused to change their policy. I'm planning to file a complaint with the Dept. of Trade and Industry as well as with the National Commission for Senior Citizen about this.
