"ATTENTION TO ALL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS" I would like to share my companies experience with all small business owners considering using the USPS Saturation Mailing Program and Noni-Print. Noni-Print advertises to help business to reach new customers or to potentially grow your business through USPS mailing solicitation. BE AWARE AND PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION! We purchased this mailing service, USPS Saturation mailing through Noni-Print for $1,250.00 in June 2020, only to find out six weeks later, that none of the 5000 business solicitation mailers we purchased from Noni-Print never reached their mailing destinations. Noni-Print is in Chicago, IL. at 1532 N Western Ave. We were referred to Noni-Print by a sales representative from the USPS. We will never do business with Noni-Print again or use the USPS other than to mail letters. After investigating why, we didn't receive a single response from the 5000 mailers it was determined that Noni-Print applied the wrong zip codes to the addresses on the mailing list. They only printed 4800 postcards but charged for 5000 postcards. After contacting Noni-Print owner Mike he would not take any responsibility for his companies' negligence for applying the wrong zip codes or for overcharging us for printing that he did not complete. These types of fraudulent and shoddy business practices will not be tolerated in business or should it be acceptable as a business practice that will be tolerated in my community. I have reported Noni-Print to the BBB, and they have included Noni-Print to their website, as a business with a poor rating. I have also reported the USPS to the Postal Inspector for referring to us a business with such an unsavory character, and solicitating directly to us a program like the Saturation Mailing Program without having the infrastructure in place to facilitate the service. read more

I lost my cat and needed a lot of fliers made immediately. I spent - or should I say wasted - $700 for 1,000 fliers at FedEx and Staples before someone suggested NoniPrint to me. NoniPrint made 5,000 fliers in color for a little over $300 on thick, good quality paper. Mike was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my cause. He even helped me work with the post office so they could deliver a flier to every house in and around my neighborhood. I hope they open up the office again soon. read more

Liked them when they started, once customer base picked up rolled into just another print shop. Items took over a month to make. Once finally printed, had several faulty promotion items that clearly showed issues. Even after emailing minutes from pick up the owner Mike gave the "they didn't leave like this" story. Left the items back to the store, and looked elsewhere for our printing needs. Was told a prorated refund would be issued, but to date nothing has happened. No sense in following up at this stage. NoniPrint was SO HELPFUL and I cannot recommend them enough! I called them with a super last minute request of designing and printing custom mugs with a 27 hour turnaround needed. They were incredibly helpful - from designing it super quick, sending me a photo with a proof from multiple angles, and making it easy to pay online. They called me when it was ready, I popped in and out of their shop and they had it ready and waiting for me, and they were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. We worked with NoniPrint and Sasha, the owner, and we want to warn everyone to please stay away from this business. We ordered about 50 shirts from here for a cancer event and 25 of the shirts were dirty, one shirt even had a hole in it. We were very disappointed and when we went to return the shirts the answer he gave us was "you paid a cheap price, what did you expect" We were astonished at how someone can run a business like this. This is probably one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. I usually dont write reviews, but for this I had to sit down on my computer and try to inform people of the atrocity that Noni Print calls customer service. To start off, when I walked in a man by the name of Sasha was smoking a cigerette in the store, first thought in my head (this does not seem like a clean workspace) l. After speaking to the man for 5 minutes i realized he does not know what he is talking about. He tried to upsell me to different materials that were infact cheaper and poorer quality material than my original request. I knew this because I have been printing for a long time and even told him that he was wrong. The second I started telling him that the material he suggested was not what I was looking for he started to get rude. By the end of our conversation, he started cursing and telling me to leave his store, this is because he was wrong and infact did not know what he was talking about. If you want good quality I suggest to stay away from these scammers!!! read more
