They want you to scan the QR code posted along the drive-through walls and review the menu before you pull up to the window. This keeps the line moving and flowing so everyone knows what they want and have it figured out by the time you're able to place an order. Take the hint. I love that the menu has pictures and descriptions. Their menu has an impressive variety of shaved ice flavors, specialty creations, and add-ons, so there's something for everyone no matter what you're craving. The customer service is always excellent. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
