I am definitely not a satisfied customer. There were cobwebs left in bedroom and sunroom. Left dust and dirt on the floors and under small garbage cans. Soap's scumb left in the shampoo niche of the bathtub . kitchen sink still had marks on it from pots and pans. The toilets were not cleaned thoroughly .Footprints were left on the hardwood floor like where they had mopped and tracked. I had to dust mop and wet mop all the floors. I paid 168.00 and change to have sheets changed and my house halfway cleaned. DON'T use this company if you really want your house cleaned!!! read more

I contracted with these people to clean two homes on one property for sale. Both houses were empty. They agreed to send two crews (4people) for the job. They sent three people for only part of the time. The main house was in clean shape; they did a nice job of polishing it up. I walk with a cane and so did not inspect the guest house. IT WAS TERRIBLE. Kitchen and refrigerator were dirty. Grease stain on the living room wall. Mouse droppings in the drawers. Filth on the molding and door surfaces. The website "guarantees" they will return to correct any problems and give a refund if still not satisfied. I notified them of the lousy job and received NO REPLY. So I had to hire another to finish the job. A week later, Nooga called. I told them I paid $150 to complete the job. They wanted to send "50 or 75 dollars." They did not send the crews promised --- did a very poor job --- ignored problem report --- refused to honor website "Guarantee." I do NOT recommend doing business with these people. read more

This company is hands down the worst I've used in my life. they rush their cleaners so bad that quality is never there. dusting is always half done or not done at all. they clean around the matts and small rugs instead of picking them up and getting underneath them. spray bleach in the bathroom to make the room smell clean without actually cleaning it. I have cameras throughout my home and know all of this because of that fact. I also over heard a conversation between the two cleaners that they were going to win the "review contest" because they had made so many emails to leave fake reviews and they apparently have this "contest" very often! faking reviews to stay at the top on Google is not only false advertising but a lie to the honest people spending their hard earned money on the best cleaning company! not a half cleaned job and a company that lies online to get customers and then doesn't even do the bare minimum. the girls are given a 1 hour time limit to clean an entire house! no wonder it all looks as if they were never there! this company is a scam do not use them! I hate to see them taking advantage of people especially older/sickly people that can not clean themselves or even try to finish the cleaners job for them afterwards to have a halfway decent looking home! absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!! read more
