Mini split installation resulted in insulation that was disturbed and not replaced. The drain line…read morewas not connected properly causing a water stain on the ceiling below. The repair tech sent to fix the leak only wanted to fix it and not deal with any of the insulation problems, including removing the wet insulation, and did nothing for the damaged ceiling. He did remove about 9 linear feet of wet insulation after I insisted he do so, but did not replace any. Perhaps they will follow up with additional repairs, but have not informed me of that yet. If they don't, I will follow up and force the repairs, but I shouldn't have to. I'm not changing my rating yet, but I have been contacted by two representatives that have pledged to fix all problems. They originally schedule Monday, which shifted to Tuesday due to my schedule. I will update after that occurs.

After spending way too much money, they still didn't get the original sink problem fixed (all it needed was a new fixture.) It wasn't about the money - I spent a ton on one of their faucets for the kitchen sink. But for some reason they didn't have a faucet to sell me for my half bath which seems ridiculous for a full service plumber. I went to Home Depot - bought a fixture and East Brainerd got the job done for a way more reasonable price. Shout out to Jacob for installing two sinks and fixing two leaks.
