The owner is an extremely friendly man who works as a part time writer and letterer; part of his shop is dedicated to selling art supplies for budding comics artists. The shop also actively supports the Australian independent comics community by selling a number of locally produced titles. Friday Night Magic is a regular event here, as are Thursday night board games nights. For players and parents alike there is a small coffee service available as well as cold drinks. The coffee is also quite good. Overall the shop is open, friendly, well stocked and neat, something that's always a pleasure to see in shops that are notorious for being cluttered and dark.
