The first time I tried this place the older woman (I believe it was chair 3) completely left my eyebrows extremely thin although I have very thick eyebrows. During my second visit, I told the other woman (chair 1) to leave them thick. Instead, she left me with a thin eyebrow and a thick eyebrow. She was also extremely weird. She first asked if I lived with my boyfriend, which was an already weird question to ask. She then gave me the business card with her personal phone and urged for me to text her with my name. When I wasn't sure if I heard right, I repeated her directions. She then grabbed my hand with her business card and placed it in my pocket. She then also started hushing me as the older woman approached. She took almost 20 minutes to do my eyebrows as she kept urging me to text her. I will not be going there ever again. read more

I was at b of a one evening and instead of driving to my norm place I decided to try this spot in the alameda plaza. BIGMISTAKE. They were not busy at all should have walked away then. The 2 women there are very nice and friendly KUDOS on customer service. Once she finished my brows I was so sad. WORST PLACE! I've gone previously when I would fully grow my eyebrows and wanted them shaped, they did a fair job for the price. However, I went today to get a "clean" and one eyebrow was completely over plucked! I didn't notice at first because I was in a hurry, but I did notice that the woman doing my eyebrows kept referring to her employee, and even convened with her like if something was wrong. The other lady ended up taking over. I didn't notice it at the time because I got a call but all I remember the lady telling me is that I should put ginger when I got home and that my eyebrows aren't even. I was in a complete rush so I didn't pick up on what was happening and didn't get the time to really look at them. They still had the audacity to ask me to tip. I rather have a caterpillar as eyebrows then get them done with these women!!!!! read more

I had thick eyebrows that took effort to grow out & when I went I told the lady " just clean" I even pointed to her where and she hurried me and said rudely " okay okay just hold your eyebrow" like okay... then I noticed my eyebrows were hurting so much. After I was done , extremely thin , how is that possible after I showered her where to thread . Please workers pay attention to the customer! & DO IT SLOWLY, too fast that's why they mess up !!!! I don't live in the area so I am unable to come here often. For the most part I am satisfied with their service here. I've never felt that they rushed me through the session, they always take their time. Only once did I have to clean up stray hairs after a session. They always give me the chance to take a look and I've been able to point out stray hairs and they take care of it. I've always been happy with the shape. They are very nice and friendly. Their customer service is great. Their prices are competitive as well. read more
