She listens to what you want/your eyebrow goals whether it's clean up, shaping, keeping them natural, or regrowth. When my eyebrows were growing in from over plucking she listened and kept them groomed while they were still in that awkward phase that made it hard to find their shape. When waxing me she seemed inexperienced and she even bruised my underarm from how hard she was tugging. When she was done I let her know i still had stubs of hair and she didn't pluck them nor did after care for my underarms no powder or oil just wiped them and when i asked if that was all she said yes.
