They have Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Company, Nordstrom and they have a very nice Nike store. It's a very small mall, but it is worth a while and you get the things you need. I really like the customer service as well and plus they have a nice landmark movie theater inside and a lot of restaurants. Just FYI, the Saks Fifth Avenue store is closed but they have enough stores there if you want some nice designer stuff . They also have the cheesecake factory there, and other good eateries that you can choose from in a very nice food court as well.

One associate walked me around and showed sofa options that had features that I wanted. There was no pressure, just pros and cons. I was surprised to learn that several models of sofas are made locally in Indiana. Sofas take anywhere from one to eight weeks to deliver depending on the order. The showroom is laid out nicely filled with fall patterns. Materials and colors were subtle earth tones. They sell high end furniture, accessories and some lighting. Prices are on the high side, for sure. The staff is super friendly. I felt like I was shopping with friends. I ended up purchasing several throw pillow covers to spruce up my current sofa. We found plenty of nearby parking in the strip mall lot.

The first to open is West Elm, a premium home furniture and furnishings store offering furniture, outdoor/garden, rugs, bedding, bath, lighting, pillows/decor, kitchen/dining, gifts, and more. This is definitely a more premium store, though the price range varies more than you might expect. West Elm was in the Fashion Mall for quite some time, however, that location closed and this one popped up. It would appear that Williams Sonoma, a sister retailer, will be joining them in Nora Plaza soon. I first became acquainted with West Elm because of their sustainability practices and the fact that a friend of mine utilized them often because she has a lot of environmental allergies and has generally had good experiences with West Elm items not triggering those allergies. When she had a baby, my gifts to her came from West Elm and I quietly became a fan. As soon as I realized that West Elm was going to open up in Nora Plaza, I began watching. It took me longer than expected to get here because winter has been a beast and I'm getting old. This shopping center has been somewhat controversial during their renovation as they've essentially booted out some smaller retailers. It's clear they're aiming for a more premium shopping experience and will also have a couple new restaurants opening soon here in addition to Williams Sonoma. Bluemercury also recently opened up here. Accessible parking is pretty decent here. There were a couple spots directly in front of West Elm, though I ended up parking down a bit to make sure I had room for my wheelchair. The front entry had the usual glass doors - it did seem one was a bit sticky. As you enter, you're immersed in sustainability. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere and it's definitely a LOT more space than was offered at The Fashion Mall. The employees definitely dress better here (I will admit that as a slob I felt a bit out of place). I wanted to look around and I also had my eye on some holiday items that I knew were on clearance. Employees were helpful but not overwhelming. The first thing I noticed was the accessibility of the interior. It felt really well thought out. While there are some spots that might prove challenging for a bigger power chair, I was easily able to get everywhere I wanted to get. Everywhere. It was so noticeable that I actually made sure to compliment the staff and say "thank you." I actually noticed there was one spot that would not have been accessible - when an employee saw me headed that way, she made it accessible. WOW. I ended up only buying a couple holiday ornaments this time around. I'm pretty sure they don't get too many $8 sales, however, I was treated warmly and with respect throughout my visit and one of the employees even opened the door on my way out. Genuinely impressive visit throughout. I really love this location and this was just a great experience in every way - accessibility, customer service, quality items, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. There's no doubt I'll be back as I saw a few items of interest including candles, some kitchen wares, and possibly a lamp. I'm also really intrigued by their platform beds. I look forward to returning in the near future.

She was so incredibly personable, funny, and willing to give me suggestions on what to use inside my sandals to help my foot not hurt, and just overall was SUPER SWEET!!! Parking is never a problem, the location is prime, and prices are pretty good. It's not a mall, per se, but I always get the mall shopping feeling when I shop here. Keystone Shoppes is a shopping center located right along East 86th Street. With right around 15…read morestorefronts including a variety of food options, personal services, and retail, Keystone Shoppes seems to be an always busy shopping center that accomplishes quite a bit with not a lot of landscape. I believe I've attended two Yelp events in the past in this open-air strip center alone - at First Watch and a barber shop whose name is completely escaping me right now. There's also the wildly popular Ruth's Cafe, a Crumbl Cookies spot, a Thai restaurant, a taco spot, Mattress Firm, Nothing Bundt Cakes and a few more. If there's one gripe I have here it's with the accessible parking. It's here, don't get me wrong. There are also at least three curb cuts along the strip, however, I can't tell you how many times I've passed by this strip center and gone elsewhere because the spots were full and I couldn't find a decent space for a wheelchair user (which I am). Again, the entire strip center is pretty tightly fit in here. I get it. It's just an issue that has bugged me for a long time. That said, I otherwise love this center. It's the kind of center you drive slowly through because of the parking arrangement, however, it's still easy to get to and has great shopping options. I come here regularly, most frequently for First Watch, and I love the blending together of restaurants, shopping, and personal services.

Twisted Sisters has a great variety of gifts and many different themes and types of gifts. They have a lot of unique items that I don't see in other shops. One thing I really appreciate about the shop is the people working there are friendly and willing to help you find a great gift for someone. That's rare, in my experience. It's easy to find and it's a convenient location. There is ample parking. The other thing I have to mention is they will add tissue paper to your little brown paper bag and dress it up, if it is a gift and then you don't have to bother wrapping it yourself! Within one complex, you've got the Center for the Performing Arts, Carmel Farmer's Market, Christkindlmarkt (during the holidays), Hotel Carmichael, and a number of other retail options, restaurants, and entertainment options. It's all, quite literally, within walking distance (well, unless you're like me and don't have feet. But, you know what I mean). Because this is a central area, a good number of the Carmel festivals will happen around here. You've also got live music and theater (including Civic Theater also housed within this complex). Accessibility is pretty strong since so much of this area is new. I've had my quibbles with accessibility involving the Center for the Performing Arts, though in talking to current Mayor Sue Finkam there's a definite effort to go beyond ADA and to truly become more accessible. Free parking is abundant in this area and the arts district is about 1/2 mile north. Dining options include Aroma Experience, Divvy, The Old Spaghetti Factory, The Cake Bake Shop, Eggshell Bistro, Lone Pine, Graeter's Ice Cream, and others within walking distance. Retail options include Kits & Kaboodle (a great toy shop), 317Home, A.D.A. Vintage, Addendum, Baseline Social, and a host of others. I will note that most of these shops lean toward the more premium experience. There's definitely no Dollar General to be found here. There's definitely a lot to offer here and it's nearly always crowded. I also like that the website will tell you which stores are closed on bad weather days. As accessibility continues to improve, I may very well move this up to a 5-star experience. For now, it's a definite 4-star experience and it's definitely a place I can easily spend the day once I arrive and also enjoy some time on the Monon.

It's the perfect size mall, not to big that I lose interest and not to small. The shop is tidy and the staff friendly, even funny and always welcoming. They were adding Christmas decor during my visit. The selection is mostly vintage glass and smaller items. There is a little vintage and antique furniture. Prices range from reasonable to absurd. I didn't buy anything yesterday, but enjoyed browsing. I check in regularly as the merchandise changes.
