In a world where shopping malls seem to be dying in favor of online shopping, it's exciting to see a shopping center like this flourish - no vacant spots here. In fact, it continues to grow with new dining options coming in spring 2017. It's a drive to get out here for me, but I like the layout. The main drag with the roundabout with the old timey clock makes it seem like a charming Main Street USA - not flat Indiana, just a stone's throw from a busy interstate. Lots of parking makes it easy to shop in lots of stores by keeping the car in one spot. *Knocking it down a star because I would LOVE to see more locally-owned restaurants here. Yats is here which is great - but let's add more! Also, most stores open at 10 am BUT a breakfast/brunch spot would be a grand addition. Omelets are good at all hours of the day, you know...

    Nachos

Less than 10 nachos for almost $17. What a freaking joke. Overpriced for no reason. Not worth the price, flavor sucks, service is subpar.

Ice skating! (today only - associated with festival)

I love HTC! I'm here nearly every weekend either eating lunch or picking up necessities at one of its many stores! There are a lot of eateries to choose from! It can be a little confusing at first finding your way around, but if you can't find it here, you probably can't find it anywhere! There are festivals and other special events that go on throughout the year. When those happen (such as today), parking can get a little "interesting", but fortunately, there is plenty of parking behind some of the main buildings that normally is not full so it's good for overflow or when they have to close the main roads. Also be aware of concert days at Klipsch because that can have an effect on traffic as the police will start directing at the intersections. This is my go-to mall since Castleton Square seems to be on the decline. Even when it's busy, I feel like the traffic around the mall still flows well.

Hamilton Town Center have some of the best stores. I like to park, walk, and shop. I visited Jcpenney, Sephora and Torrid this evening.

Clean movie theatre. Great customer service. We enjoyed our first visit to this location. I would definitely return.

A nice plaza for shopping and dining but mostly lower end stores and chain restaurants. A safe place to eat and shop.

Great place to spend the day when it's warm. Typical shoppes you'd find in a local mall. Nice dining options.

    Places for breakfast?

Breakfast options are pretty minimal as most of the places here open at 10am (so perhaps a late breakfast/brunch). You've got American Dream (coffeehouse) that opens at 8am with some items; McDonald's, of course (opens at 5am); and you could snag… Read more

While I've been in this location several times since they've opened, I haven't had one complaint until today. I have never left in tears and I can normally handle myself. Being that I, along with the rest of the world, have had a difficult challenge lately with this pandemic. I decided to treat myself for shopping of things I needed as a pick me up. When you start to enjoy yourself, there's one particular employee who knows how to stomp on your little happiness you managed to scrape together. Wish I would've gotten her name but I was so distraught by her eagerness to embarrass me I, basically, couldn't think beyond that silly moment. She may have been the manager for all I know being that she was the oldest gal working there and claiming authority towards my shopping. However, in my experience managers do not place their opinions and leave the disturbed situation they created without apologizing for the inconvenience. The two stars are for the other employee who was kind to me when I left. It takes one sour employee to make the experience unforgettable. Luckily there's a mall and Burlington next door to substitute my shopping.

I placed my order on Jan. 4 and didn't get my ready for pickup email until Jan. 15, which I thought was a little slow--but it wasn't something I needed urgently, so I let that slide. The ready for pickup email had a convenient link to allow me to choose between coming inside to pick up the item or using their curbside service. I decided to try curbside, pulled into one of their clearly-marked spaces in the parking lot (this area is in the large parking lot that is shared with Ulta, Red Robin, etc. - not on the other side of the building), and told them which space I was parked in. I waited about 10 minutes and then checked the web page I'd used to check in. There was an error in red that said "We're having some trouble, please continue to wait or try again later." I decided to just go inside to see if I could quickly grab my item, but the lines were really long, so I just left and went home. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from a JCP associate apologizing for not being able to get my item out to me more quickly. I wasn't able to run back over there, but I went back the next day and repeated the curbside process, and this time I had my item within minutes. Overall, I think this was a positive experience and think it's a good place to consider when you're shopping around for bargains--they often seem to have really good sales and coupons on top of those sales.

I especially like curtains, bedding, and home decor from Penney's, and the online selection is extensive. The parking lot in front of the store is large and there is limited parking near the side entrance.
