And the other yelpers aren't kidding....you're going to wait. Block out a half day. 2. They are not capable of sensitive administrative processing. If you need it to happen- it won't. We had to pay 20$ for a physicians sign off on dental work....yes just the signature. Rivertown is going to get into your pocket through quite a few tunnels- like buying a car. "Convenience Fee" type stuff. 3. Front desk assistants are congruent with city DMV and probate ladies. Don't bother them with a question or a call. You'll be lucky to find a topic they deem important. 4. There is no such thing as a "sick side" and a "healthy side". That's a gimmick to make you more comfortable and snag the business of the simple minded. They bottle neck all of the kids into the same hallways doors rooms bathrooms and common areas for services/treatment so don't be so quick to assume the sick kids are quarantined off and you're breathing separate air. Be smart...go somewhere else there is plenty to offer in Columbus.

We sought a referral to an ENT from this clinic, and they wanted us to bring our daughter in yet again. After three physician visits in four days, two of which were trips to the ER, we were not inclined to waste more time with yet another visit. We are responsible for our children's care and we are the ones paying the insurance and medical bills and if this clinic doesn't think two ER visits are enough for a referral, we will simply find a new pediatric facility to render care to our children.

They took blood and urine samples. I am not sure why. I got worse that evening and Saturday morning I went to the ER, where I was immediately (after a three hour wait) told that I had a kidney infection. The doctor knew from my symptoms before even getting lab results. Hmm. That made me think this was an easy diagnosis. So Monday I called her office to inform them that I had actually had a kidney infection and felt they should know. The people working in the office are either stupid or lazy. I asked that the message regarding my diagnosis get to Dr. Moore. What they did was call me back a couple of days later to tell me that they had run a urine sample and I had "a knee infection." My response was you can tell that I have a knee infection from urine? She stuttered and I explained that it was my kidney and actually had to convince her that it was not my knee. Anyway, I was irritated that they ran a urine sample to determine if I had a kidney infection, when I had already told them this from my ER visit. Oh, they charged my insurance for this worthless test. I explained to them that not only had I been to the hospital and been diagnosed with a kidney infection while in morbid pain AFTER having gone to her office and given both blood and urine samples, BUT that I had told them all this information and wanted to know why they even bothered NOW with a urine test. No one ever called to apologize for both the medical error and the poor communication at the office. And I never returned. The ER doctor said that had I not gone to the hospital by the next day, I might have died.

Ariana was so calm when she greeted other patients who were ahead of me so I felt like I was in good hands there. Leticia was considerate and very detailed in the questions she asked to get information for the NP to treat my arm. The Provider, NP was Maegan. As a patient, I really appreciated how professional, considerate and kind she was and the questions she asked to determine a treatment plan for me. I was able to get in and be taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. My presciption was ready by the time I got to the CVS on Macon to pick it up. I was told the place would be open until 8 pm My husband and I arrived there approximately 7;20 pm to check him in to be seen by the doctor or PA. We were told by the receptionist they already had their last appointment, and we would have to come back the next day to be seen. According to Piedmont Urgent Care information Walk-Ins are accepted as well as appointments. So why were we turned away if we were walk-ins? The receptionist said she had taken her last appointment. She didn't say she had taken her last Walk-In. Besides, keep in mind, the place was to remain open until 8pm. We were there approximately 40 minutes before closing. All my husband wanted was to be tested to see if he still had the flu or some other ailment. (Twelve days prior he was told by this clinic he had the flu). If the clinic will stop seeing patients, by a certain time before 8 pm, that information should be known to the public. or it should not be stated the clinic will be open until 8 pm. I didn't have to change on a gown this "Doctor" didn't do a breast exam, pap-smear, no check for my reflex on the knees, or listen to my belly movements. They told me I will get a call for my mammogram (no call at all) after my frustration of waiting 2 weeks for a phone call or response (try them 3 times on the phone) from anyone; I drove to the clinic just to find out that I have to wait till Dec 30/19 for my Mammogram. I have not gotten any results (no call at all) after a month for lab test. How can a Clinic get your money like that, with such a horrible service?
