This time I waited for a call back from Friday, finally called on Monday and waited 41 minutes for a call back only to be hung up on because the rep didn't like my attitude. Now I am waiting for another call back that was also stated at 41 minutes. The techs do a decent job, but there is absolutely no customer service when it comes to dealing with a corporate call center with no option to talk to the local office. Seems like Clark is like almost all other businesses now a days with no customer service.

Well now I got a message from him saying that if he doesn't hear back from me by tomorrow at 5pm that they will have to close my account. Wow. Really?! Is that a threat?! Please pretty please DO IT!! I was completely shocked by the message and I can honestly say I was born and raised here in cottonwood ca and I'm 40 years old. All me and my husbands family members use Clark's. As well as several of our local neighbors and many of my friends and people we attend church with. I will absolutely be talking to ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY and Clark's Pest Control can bet on losing SEVERAL accounts within the coming weeks. I will also be contacting the Better Business Buero as well as there have been some other very shady things going on. Please listen to this message warning and Stay away from Clark's Pest Control. God forbid you ask to know when they're coming. But if you dare ask for a different technician that will actually answer your calls or text. Then they kick you out. Unbelievable right??!!
