I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to where to go what to get so I turned to the only thing I've ever heard which was Weedmaps. I placed an order with them, but I didn't hear back so I called and the girl that answered to say she was rude is a major understatement. I will say this, that she insulted my age she insulted my mind. She insulted the way I look on my drivers license and then she told me that I should just kill myself. I want to love this place but saying 1 hour and then either forgetting the delivery or doing it 6 hours later is deceptive. If they don't get your order within two hours, call and remind them. Friendly staff. Quality products at affordable prices. The ordering system is a little wonky and sometimes it seems like the staff either forgets about the customer or I'm not sure what is going on, but every time I place an order, it is a frustrating process. Bad weed bad service long wait times hard to order products never go there or call bad service

Here is a copy of the email I sent to their customer service team. My husband was actually screamed at by a manager tonight and had to ask her to stop yelling. Do not trust these liars. They will not give you an accurate estimate ever. "We have experienced nothing but problems and would love for someone to make this right considering how much we spend each time. One time our order was given to a driver in Yuba not Chico, and it took 3 hours to get to us instead of the hour we were estimated. Another time we were told it would 1-2 hours and it took nearly 4 hours to receive our order. Tonight, we called at 4 PM and told it would be 2.5 hours for our order to be delivered. It is now 9:15 and we are still waiting despite calling three times to check the status of our order. Having to wait 5+ hours (double the amount of time estimated when order was placed) is completely unacceptable for a business. Especially when we have never been compensated or it has never been made right. We have even had the wrong product given to us because they ran out of stuff that night because they were so busy and they told us we would be happy with the same price substitute (we were not). We have spent a good deal of money with you and believe that we should be compensated for these struggles." read more
