The employees took longer than intended lunch. When I asked them to not pack certain items, they did anyway. Damaged an iron bed that was in perfect condition because he couldn't figure out how to take it apart. Then moving day, got there late, they were incredibly irritated with items not being more packed even though it was their colleagues that packed. Moved items but damaged walls, scratched floors, and one bled on walls without cleaning said blood. They left items in previous home even though they told to bring it (carpets, boxes). I asked to put floor protectors on items coming in, they didn't. My floor has stains now because of this. I submitted a claim for reimbursement and it took over a month to hear back. Now it's been two months I am still finding issues with their work.
