Not the best place I've been and not the worst. Some of the machines are off so you get some wild pitches. It was hot when I went but they turned on some misters which was a nice touch. It's on a token system where you pay $1 for 10 balls. Another option I saw was renting the cage itself but as someone going leisurely the tokens were fine. Not many softball options compared to other places mostly baseball. They do have reserve only dirt section in the back as well. You have to rent the bags which I never seen at a place but maybe they've had issues with returns in past. Overall, if you're going for fun this is a decent spot.

As I saw in previous reviews - Customer service was terrible and the woman that was there tonight (10/03/25) definitely is rude. Not only that - it's a death trap if you bring your younger children to run around. As far as safety goes - I should have clocked in since I had to keep closing gates EMPLOYEES kept walking in and out of (there was literal signs that said "employees only"). And trust me, I did not leave my kid unsupervised that's how I recognized a lot of dangerous things at this location. Broken chairs that have sharp edges. A Celsius that had MOLD on it - which clearly if it was left there ... the employees ignored it long enough to let mold grow and just a gate that had very deep drop that had no lock on it but employee kept walking in and out of and even told me "kids cannot be in here" which was the obvious because there were literal children batting on the other side. Then to top it off the lovely lady that everyone else seemed to mention. We walked in and already had a face... I ignored it. While my family was batting they welcomed more family and as they were greeting eachother one of the cages was empty. She came to and told me that they needed to continue batting or else it needs to be given to someone else. And that I understand ! It was busy! I told her "oh ok! Yes I'll let them know right now. Thank you." And she walked away. Time passed and she came back and was doing her duties and went into the area that had a gate w no lock. My son had a ball from cages and that he threw in there and she gave it back to him. Later we went into the "lobby" and my son still had the ball with him. There was a moment where he threw the ball and it landed on the pool table. She yelled "NONONONONO DONT do that!!" I looked at her as I grabbed the ball. And she started rambling about it getting stuck and I said "yes, that's why I got it. I know" but before I can say sorry she kept complaining and said "that's why the balls don't leave the batting cages." Which is bizarre because she gave my son the ball back when we were out there? And all I said was "I know" and I left. I threw the balls back in the cages to avoid any more issues. Also found out their snacks have been sitting on the shelves for awhile OR just get them somewhere cheap because the chips were stale and m&m peanut candies tasted old! Terrible experience and this place is an accident away from being sued.

We bring my son here. Pretty nice place. Also nice service. It's a little smaller than other batting cages. But definitely worth the time.

Poor service. The lady cut our time short even though we paid for a full hour. Not a great facility. Machines are in rough shape.

Nice place to take a new player to practice hitting. We went a few nights and the lighting was nice and a few chairs to watch the hitters.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'
