I had to sleep without using my cpap machine for 3 days straight. I still have not heard from them as of this writing. It is dangerous for me to sleep without using my cpap. I am 71 and have been using a cpap for 25 years.

They did not tell us that they will NOT send a bill to car insurance, and they will NOT put information (claim #, date of injury, referring physician) on the invoice that would allow you to submit to the car insurance to be reimbursed. They requested all our car insurance information (3 times, in our case), and ot once informed us that they would not bill the car insurance. After about 2 months, I received the 1st bill from Norco. I called Norco billing and the billing representative stated that they do not bill 3rd party (car) insurance, but she would look into it. I agreed to put the balance on my credit card, requesting that I get a copy of the receipt which included the date of loss, insurance claim #, & prescribing doctor's name. The representative assured me that it would be done, and a copy of paid invoices would be emailed - she was pleasant, but I did not receive requested invoices. So, I left an email message on the Norco website, again stating what I had requested and what was required for us to be reimbursed by the car insurance company. I finally get the copies of the invoices in the mail - no requested information included. I called Norco billing on 4/17/26. The representative said that they do NOT bill 3rd party /car insurance and they cannot put the date of loss, etc on their bills. When I relayed that multiple other representatives had told me it could be done. The representative's response was "how is that our responsibility?". Upon returning rented equipment, I voiced my grievances and a supervisor came to intervene. He supplied us with the information we needed to be potentially reimbursed by our car insurance. It is emotionally difficult to deal with this incompetence when you are also dealing with severe medical trauma & multiple surgeries that will leave your child with some disabilities for the rest of her life. The collision was NOT our/her fault, but she is paying a tremendous physical & mental price. Either the "part owner" representatives are ignorant of their own company policies; or they are actively misleading their clients. I would request that NORCO representatives be informed and be upfront with their clients!

This business does an excellent excellent job... every person (even the mgr!) was so genuinely helpful, & gracious & including when there was a snafu with my transportion home after the appt...they even assured I was safe until my ride finally showed up. Brittany, the respiratory therapist, actually not only assured my nose pillow cpap mask fit properly... she gave me samples of mouth tape to try... to see if we could minimize the air leaks that way... & definitely check out the products they highlight in their lobby... they had display of legit cpap pillow & more... they seem to be a one stop shop & quality education center for all things cpap! And I commend them for their excellent use of texting too, which aids those of use with verbal challenges (ie they are legit accessible friendly! Imagine that- a health care provider who actually understands communication accessibility disability needs! (Located off Fairview, been Cliff's Guns & Mr Formal...)

    I was at the Caldwell location. Excellent customer service. First time doing this not happy about…read morethe machine but needed to get it for many years. Hailey did a rock star class for review of the machine and mask for me . Still overwhelmed by all the cleaning,however I was told they will call weekly then tapper off till I fell completely comfortable with the machine. Great job again thank you to staff .
