This is the best Nordstrom Rack on the island in my opinion. It has a great selection; it's clean, well-maintained, and is right in the center of Waikiki! I have the hardest time finding size 11 Cole Haan women's shoes, and all of the ones I've bought or seen have been at this location. Thank goodness for that! You have no idea how loyal I will be if I can find my hard-to-find shoe size. I will be a customer for life! They have a great selection of watches, jewelry, handbags, and clothing. And I always come here to buy little Christmas and Birthday gifts for family, friends, and co-workers. I highly recommend this location. Just don't go there to deplete my supply of size 11 shoes! read more

I always make sure to stop in Nordstrom rack anytime I'm in Waikiki. This location is pretty young only opening within the last year and a great addition to the area with the recently renovated international market place opening at the same time. They have great deals on lots of higher end clothing brands and accessories. I mean from beach wear to fine dining wear. Aloha shirts, etc. I'll often save 50% on lots of items. Their shoe section is great too. I'll pop in usually and always find at least one great item. read more

Parking is conveniently located off of seaside ave right after Ross. They also validate - 2 hours free! Restrooms located in back by mens shoes. Good selection and I like the new layout. Before men's Aloha shirts were a little cheaper at this location compared to Ward location. Not sure why. read more

I was really happy when this location opened up mostly because I wanted more of a selection than what was at the Ward location. Like if I couldn't find what I was looking for at Ward, I knew I could always try Waikiki. The only down side for me about the Waikiki location is the fact that it's further away and out of the way, and the validated parking... I honestly don't care for Waikiki parking mostly because you end up paying. I find it fairly easy for me to navigate the store and find whatever it is I'm looking for, and not lol. read more

Used to be fun just trying on clothes & checking it out @ fitting rooms big mirrors but with my princess, more fun to find her stuff.... Got her some popular shoes without the laces...slip ons. Visited the new Nordstrom Rack at the International Marketplace today...it's really nice and neat and has a great assortment of merchandise. I love that the place is not packed like the store at Ward. Staff is really helpful and they are giving out $5 coupons (when you purchase $50 or more). Parking at the IMP is validated for 1 hour with a $10 purchase. The clearance table for handbags also offered an additional 25% off, then you can apply the $5 off coupon...go in, exit, get your coupon and then shop! It's located on the Kuhio Avenue side of IMP. Love that there is staff member right at the top of the escalator monitoring mask wearing. Staff was also so proactively helpful!! If you need a hawaiian shirt I've definitely never been to a nordstrom rack that had so many racks of them. I definitely feel like this location is geared for tourists understandably. The actual stock though is minimal of higher end luxury brands which can be found at the Ward location but more stock for sure of basics so depending on what you're looking for, this is still a great location to shop! read more

I definitely prefer the ward location because it's more organized. This location is only one floor for all categories so it was underwhelming. It was like being in macy's with lack of available associates and no one at the quick checkout so I ended up in the regular line. Conclusion: It's not worth the hassle unless you're already in waikiki. Parking is easy to miss if you don't know where to look. read more

This location used to have a good selection of quality, stylish goods but now it's mostly full of unstylish, clothing, a good shoe here and there, and it has a warehouse feel to it. I pop in now and again to see if they have upped their game but no. Very few items actually from Nordstrom. read more

I wasn't planning on doing much shopping, but I was in the mood to find some shoes and lo and behold I walked into nordstrom rack. I immediately walked into the shoe section and they had a great variety of shoes in my size, which is pretty rare. I scored 2 great pair of heels for $25 and they were brand named too! I absolutely love them! If only I had more room in my suitcase to buy more, but I shoved these 2 shoes and tetris-ed my way around my clothes. It was totally worth it! The merchandise was cheap and the perfect thing is tax is really cheap here too. Love love love~ read more

Nordstrom Rack's newest Waikiki location has an alluring store front that will tempt you to stop in to find discounted fashion finds. With rolling sales from Nordstrom locations nationwide, Rack stores often carry unusual finds that the Nordstrom Ala Moana location may not have had to begin with. On a particularly good haul, you might find a pair of shoes from a designer that is typically not carried in the Honolulu locations at an unbeatable price when comparing to online vendors. After entering the sleek entrance, you might feel underwhelmed to the overall presentation of the store. The setup and overall appearance is closer to a Ross than Nordstrom Rack, which makes shopping here seem a bit incongruent with the price point. The stock is not quite as appealing as the larger Ward location. Despite rumors from friends who work nearby, I did not see the appeal of leaving Nordstrom Rack with a bag in hand. One positive worth mentioning is that this location contains a small home section, which contains things that are currently not available at the Ward location. The next time you have an impulse to buy something at Nordstrom in Ala Moana, you might consider waiting to bet your chances on either of the Nordstrom Rack locations. When they buy high, you buy low. read more

This place is DANGEROUS. IN OTHER WORDS... My new favorite shop in Waikiki!!!! Lol. Compared to ward - it's a smaller shop but less people even on a weekend, more brands at even better prices! We found awesome deals at our first time here and I couldn't help it I went back after work two days later hahahahaha ok so if you don't know me I'm a shopaholic the deals are just so good here. Major plus is you can get 2 hrs free parking with validation! It's incredibly easy just make sure you park in the Waikiki trade center parking structure (there's a vertical Nordstrom rack sign above the entrance) and then go up to the 3rd floor where there's exclusive nordy's parking and elevator that takes you directly to the store. Honestly though.... stay away so I can get all the deals to MYSELF..... bwahahaha read more

This is my local Nordi and I love walking home with a bag of good deals! This location is definitely geared towards a tourist needs, but that also happens to be me. It is not as large as Ward but for me this size is better because I don't get as overwhelmed with all the merchandise. Nordstrom is known for their fabulous selection of clothing and their superior customer service. The Rack is an outlet and extension of the Nordstrom high standard of service, quality, and selection. This location held up their high standards. My daughter and I found some pretty awesome outfits here at very low prices. At one point, when I went to use the restroom, an employee scooped up my pending purchases and put them away. I looked frantically for a few seconds before someone was able to provide me with my items. That's customer service! read more

I'm so excited that we now have another Nordstrom Rack store here in Honolulu!!! I was lucky enough to get to shop at this brand-new location today before its grand opening on September 1! It was a private shopping event and such a fun experience complete with pupus and drinks!! This location is a lot smaller than the Ward location. Everything is on the same level, which to me felt like the size of one of the levels at the Ward store. In spite of that, they have a lot of merchandise and I felt that the store was well-organized. I really love shopping at Nordstrom Rack because they have such great deals!! I don't know that I'll shop at this location very often (Ward is just so much more convenient for me) but I will definitely visit whenever I'm in Waikiki! read more

Buyers beware! They have a 45 day return policy. After that you can't return anything, not even for store credit, even if you have your receipt and the item is faulty. I purchased a wi-fi Security camera from them to hook up at home. (Got sidetracked for awhile because life happens.) And when I finally hooked it up the thing wouldn't connect to my wi-fi even after calling the maker of the crappy product. But Nordstrom Rack's lack of a good return policy meant I was stuck with it because it was past 45 days. So they can basically sell you crap, and if you don't return it within that window, then you're screwed. What kind of customer service is that??? Ever hear about standing by your products and not screwing over your customers Nordstrom? I'll be taking my business to companies who DO stand by their products, with a much better return policy then the "Sorry, not sorry" one at the Rack. Oh also, the return policy wasn't posted anywhere in plain sight. It's on the back of your receipt, so I'm posting it here for others to see. read more

Good to see a Rack on Kuhio where the block was once run down and dirty. This store has a nice selection of men's clothing although it is smaller than the one near Ward Center. It is very convenient to the hotels, apartments and the tourist areas yet away from the crowds on Kalakaua. The store is clean and well-lit and the staff is friendly so it makes for a nice place to browse on a street with few, if any, clothing stores. read more

She said they didn't have them in the size I was hoping to purchase. She did not offer to check the other store or recommend online. I love discount shopping and this past weekend we decided to check out Nordstrom Rack in Waikiki! Located on the second floor of Hyatt Place on Kuhio Avenue, Nordstrom Rack is a single floor of discount designer goods galore. I perused through their women's section while my hubby checked out the men's shoes. Although I didn't find anything, my husband told me he thought the selection was way better than at the Ward store which we usually frequent. Maybe they're men's shoe section is more stylized because of the Asian tourist market? Either way we'll definitely be back now that we know they offer two hours of free validated parking! read more

I popped in here while we were on vacation because I needed a couple of shirts. This store is huge! Probably one of the largest Nordstrom Racks I've been to. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. I had my infant daughter in tow and they offered me a larger dressing room. The cashier's were just as nice and welcoming and the overall shopping experience here was excellent. Sometimes I worry about touristy areas and the quality of shopping but this Nordstrom Rack is fantastic. Their prices are the same as other locations I've been to. I heard great things about this Nordstrom Rack but actually prefer the Ward location to this one. I feel the ward location is more organized and easier to navigate than this one and also seems like there is more variety there. This location does have more cashiers, but the customer service is subpar compared to ward. I'd recommend the ward location over this one anyway (especially since there is free parking!). read more

Was okay. Think I like the one in Ward better. More stuffs and of course, you don't have to fight the traffic in Waikiki.

Clean store. The retail staff must be constantly vacuuming, re-stocking, and re-organizing items, so they're usually in the right place. Take that, Waikiki "a hurricane just hit us" Ross's around the corner! BEST discount cosmetics section anywhere, including the Ward Village Nordstrom Rack. Great selection of expensive brands at relatively affordable prices: eyeshadow color packages are outstanding (Urban Decay, not just Nyx, goodness). Only thing is not a lot of soaps or snacks. You gotta know your product to figure which bargains are truly bargains, but in terms of choices--whether it be fashion or lifestyle more generally--this is still an undiscovered store, so many many interesting and lovely finds. read more

Being as Nordstrom Rack is my favorite store, was so excited when they opened one in Waikiki! Was a little concerned the price points may be higher, but this was not the case at all. They have the same amazing offerings at same great prices as the ward store, just on a smaller scale. Plus, they validate parking up to two hours with any purchase at the Waikiki Trade Center. I had no idea that this Nordstrom Rack had different sunglasses than others did (at least according to what I could find for sale online) and thought that I could just buy what I liked when I got home, but it didn't turn out that way.
