I bought a suit online from Nordstrom Rack when I went to pick it up the left sleeve was 1 1/2 inch longer than the right one then the shoulder did not match the left shoulder did not match the right shoulder was bulky and very big the person in charge told me that they could fix it I say it's okay since it's not my fault the product wasn't made right then the the measurement was wrong ,to find out that I been charged $155 for alteration I called customer service and they told me that is their policy when I explained What happened to the guy in customer service he told me there's nothing he could do from what I understood that they sell damage product and they charge you to fix it it's a great business to be in it's a shame Nordstrom is know for quality product and a good service to my surprise in my case none of that was true read more

I always enjoy shopping in this store on route 10. They have a great selection of shoes, bags, coats and clothing for a pretty good price.

They took almost all the home decor and kitchen items became almost none. Too bad cause k bought there a lot instead of going tk TJ max, but now i have no choice but to go to the city. read more

Beyond horrible service!!! I've ordered a Dyson Hair straightener from here and their delivery people stole my product! I called their customer service multiple times and they refused to refund nor send me a replacement! Ridiculous I'm paying the damages for their delivery people's theft! What a joke! I am, and now WAS a frequent shopper at this Nordstrom Rack location. I was in store shopping with my son (and looked like a hot mess but that shouldn't mean anything) scouring the store for swim suits for an upcoming trip. I was online like purchasing a few items when I noticed the security guard staring me down. While checking out she stood next to me at the register which I thought was bizarre. I was a little uncomfortable because they ask for your name and phone number for rewards info and I already have identity theft. She was literally right beside us looking into a Nike bag I had from the next door store. If she wanted to act like I was stealing or insinuating something she could have come out and asked because I had all my receipts. I will never return to this location with how uncomfortable she mad me feel, and trying to intimidate and/or harass me for no reason. I don't mean to be snarky or petty but my handbag I was carrying is more than her weeks paycheck. read more

The store is clean and big. So 2 stars for that... now this location most be very slow because they are understaffed. Every time i go theres no one there but 1 cashier, 1 shoe dept associate, the security, and maybe someone upstairs, fitting room you can go in and out with as many pieces as you like because theres no one there ever. The fitting room is the only area beside the clearance that's always trashed out. Yesterday I went by and it was a shopping cart inside one of the fitting rooms with a bunch of items, hangers all over the floor and in the corner a bunch of security alarms stacked up ‍.... Lets keep also in mind that this is the only location I ever been were theres no designer clothing nor designer shoes... if you go to Nordstrom rack in hopes of buying a designer piece i will tell you right now this is not a location you want to visit.... Great store, love the location. My only gripe is this one cashier. She means well and seems very sweet, but she asks way too many personal questions that make me feel extremely uncomfortable. I know the main thing is to get people to sign up for the credit cards, but if I say 'no', please leave it at that. read more

I frequently shop at Nordstrom Rack and rarely need to make returns. This was my first time at the Staten Island location. I tried to return a pair of sandals I bought 4 days ago at the Union Square location because they were extremely scratched up and the front was beginning to split open after one wear. The store manager Monday afternoon was incredibly rude about the situation. Told me to call customer service, but initially refused to give me the number- told me to "google it". Then he ultimately gave me the incorrect phone number. Very frustrating experience. Luckily the manager at the Union Square location was extremely professional and helped me resolve the issue. read more
