I had to ask the single attendant to find the manual measure since there was nowhere else in the entire store to measure, and she was unable to assist me afterwards since she was indisposed. This store also doesn't carry anything smaller than a women's 6, so smaller feet beware. I'm sorry but kids sizes are just not acceptable for proper foot care as an adult. Really frustrating experience.

I got to the store at 9:30am and was greeted by a gentleman (smaller black guy with shades), who gave me the details of how the release was going to work. He granted me a wristband that had #3 on it. Door opened at 11 and majority of people got wristbands and lined up. Everyone lined up according to their numbers on their wristbands. With me being #3, I entered the store and bought the releases. I understand that it's a release, so I do understand one per person. When I walked out there was a Hispanic male outside who worked with the store giving out wristbands. I wanted to get my daughter a pair, so I asked could I get back in line grab another. The line was really long. I grabbed another wristband and was #76. I was told from that Hispanic male that o could get another but I had to go to the back of the line, which is what I did. I waited and waited until my turn. The line grew longer behind me. When I reached the registered, the same gentleman (black guy with braids) who checked me out the first time said I couldn't get about pair until everyone got a pair. He said if I wanted another pair then I needed to get out the store and wait back in line (which is what I did the second time and was #76). I showed him my green #76 wristband and he rudely said i needed to get back in line again to get another pair. I was not trying to argue, so I told him I'd do that but this was wrong. I was disappointed. The black guy in braids stated that he was the manager and there was nothing I could do to get another pair right then and there. I told him the guy with the wristbands said I couldn't get back in line. He said "the guy outside with the wristbands is a part time guy who doesn't matter to the store." He's not the manager, I am the guy to make the decisions." He was very rude! I walked out and got back in line AGAIN! When I got back in line, there were others who had got back in line who were in front of me and waited twice while it was my third time to wait in line for a 2nd pair. The line was long. A few guys had bags in front of me. Just made me feel upset and targeted. The line moved and I was now one guy away from the register. The guy in front of me also had a bag and pair in his hand that he bought earlier. But he didn't wait 3 times like me. When it was my turn, I told the managers in braids, "am I good now because I waited." He laughed and said he was the manager again. He gave me a speech about how he makes the calls and that I got the pair I needed. He said, "you got the pair you needed, right?" Very rude, while laughing, and it felt like he was really making fun of me. He then used profanity and mentioned that he needed to make his living. "You're not going to fucking stop me from making my money, you got your pair didn't you?" I didn't say anything, then I kindly mentioned I'm not going to argue, I just want to make a purchase and leave. He gave me my pair and checked me out. I kindly reached over to shake his hand or give him a dap. He laughed at me and didn't bother shaking my hand, so that's when I left. My experience with Sneaker Politics was very disappointing. All the other employees were great until I reached that gentleman. Very unprofessional, laughed at me, used profanity, and I'm sure he didn't have that conversation like that with other customers. I felt dumb and targeted but thankful I got me and my daughter a pair!

I drove in from Killeen to try on the No. 2s which upon trying, I knew I wanted to walk out with them on. Just to make sure I tried a couple of sizes. Chisos Boots offers 15% off for military service members. Juan made sure I was taken care of. He offered me something to drink, and kept me company. I asked him about the owner, his own Chisos boots he was wearing, and the future of the business. The boots are made in Leon, MX. The team is small, but the quality and value of the product is amazing. I felt that the boots were great quality for fit and for durability. Another customer came all the way from Iowa to try boots for his kid's wedding. He was really pleased with them as well. Juan related to me how some of the boots are made, and offers coming up. I was very well taken care of. Since I could wear my boots or pack them in my luggage, Juan helped me get them sent over to El Paso. They arrived in two days. I love my Chisos boots, I think Liz needs a pair of the No. 4s...she will have to drop by. Maybe we'll be lucky to see Juan again. Totally recommend.

It was the other cashier left some security tags on one of my items. BBut the old lady words to check my bags was. We see what is going on here. With a ordinary tone. Like I take something with out paid. She doesn't ask with culture. It's not Mt problem at her older age has to work. And because I'm a Latin women married for 30 years with an older white gentleman. Doesn't geve her the rights to ask so ORDINARY to check the bags wish was the store mistake. And don't said sorry ir anything. Only said go. I can paid her for some clases to learn manner and culture how to talk with customers. That too is gone. It seems they try and direct more sales to the app or website instead of a store. However it's nice to be able to try on and see the merchandise in person since their sizing is all over the place. It's a hassle to order on line and then the size is unsuitable or the quality is cheap. The staff is standoffish and not super eager to assist in making sales. I'm a solo shopper anyway and don't need others to make decisions for me on the merchandise. I'm familiar with what type of products FP has. It's right across the street from Whole Foods and has plenty of parking.

This is pretty much a hit or miss so there's items that you don't find and there's some items you do find. To be honest this is exactly the case here at Marshall's. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. They will give you fashion advice, offer to hold an item while you think about it overnight, check their other stores for your size and just make the shopping experience all around enjoyable.
