Ordered my daughter her Christmas shoes she's been wanting. Got them for a deal upon going to pick them up I was told they are no where to be found and they were given to someone else. Christmas ruined for my daughter who was already told she'd get these. They listed them as a return when it's really a cancellation and on their part because they couldn't "find my order". I'm hoping they do the right thing and call me tomorrow with the whereabouts of my daughter's shoes. Every time I come here, which does end up being 4 out of the 7 days of the week lol, I manage to bring a couple items home... every visit. Great place to come if you enjoy nice quality brands and items, at discounted prices. Lots of popular sneaker brands here, such as HOKA, OnCloud, & Brooks. The sneakers are usually on sale here for less than $100; Saw a pair of Women's Brooks for $70 the other day. I was able to snag a new pair of OnClouds (OnCloud X3) for $90 & the same style + color is still full price at Nordstrom for $150. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. This Nordstrom rack absolutely ridiculous! especially when it comes to the managers. I believe there is a new manager he is extremely disrespectful and has quite sass to him. he is rude to his employees and to customers and he doesn't help solve any problems as much as he thinks he does. they need a new manger asap. I will say from previous experiences there has been a woman at the registers and she does a tremendous job at assisting me and I greatly appreciate her for all she did for me. read more

Like this location, it's spacious, has a lot of items. I mainly go here to check out what sneaker and shoe deals they might have. You'll find brooks, hoka, altra, adidas, sketchers, new balance and more. I never personally am here for clothes but the lady would occasionally find something. Usually don't talk to the staff or get approached by any which i prefer anyways. Mind my business and do some shopping. There's ample parking as it's in the big plaza. Easy access, next to other stores that you can get groceries wegmans, food, ultra, target, lifetime fitness etc. read more

I've been a customer of Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack for several years. They're known for good customer service however this location does not hold up to that. The cashier at Rack that I interacted with at this location was rude and not helpful. I came in to return to XMas gift but was not given a gift receipt with the gift. In the past I would have been offered at least store credit. The sales associate didn't even attempt to scan the item. She asked for my friend's account and then said No, I cannot help you. I was I will not be returning to this location as I do not want to encounter such rude associates. read more

I really tried to buy something at Nordstrom Rack - I perused their racks and I went to the dressing room 3x, trying to find something I would like to take home. Instead, I found myself quite unimpressed with their dressing room. It was a unisex style line up of stalls. While the men stationed there let me know that I could take any room that was open as I arrived, they ignored me as I left, instead just chatting with each other. In the meantime, a number of the open stalls were occupied by clothing and shoe boxes the whole of my visit at Nordstrom Rack. As for the bathroom, there was toilet paper scattered about. read more

Meaning Nordstrom in general... I was having a hard time finding Nike Tech Fleece in midnight navy and finally found one at Nordstrom's that they would ship to the Westwood location. I drove 2 hours and 20 minutes round trip to pick it up and when I returned home and opened the package, it was the wrong color. It is too close to Christmas to find another and Nordstrom's could care less about my struggle. They should have reached out to tell me they no longer had the color I ordered instead of filling my order with the wrong color. Very POOR customer service! Now I have to go through returning this item for a refund which is adding insult to injury. read more

If I could say zero stars I would. Store closes at 8:00. But fitting room closes at 7:00 because they are "understaffed" meanwhile there are 4 girls including the manager standing outside the fitting room chatting. We walked out and left behind at least $400 worth of stuff. Stop blaming COVID. Adjust. Make it work. The customer is supposed to be most important. Get it together. Will not return. Opened on 3/26. Such a gorgeous store with great merchandise. The shoe department is awesome. So many nice shoes if you're size 9+. Finally! Besides White Plains, NY, I think this is my second favorite location because it has a lot of nice clothing options for plus size women. The only one thing that threw me off was the location of the checkout registers because they are placed somewhat oddly near sleepwear versus near the front of the store. Great brands at reasonable prices, excellent service and they always rotate the items in store. Ever since this location opened in westwood i had been a regular customer. I always like checking in here and end up finding what i need in my fav brand at a very reasonable price. They have got a huge shoe collection whether it is mens or womens. I have a Nordy's card and i guess me and my wife are addicted to Nordy's for life. Being an outlet store for Nordy's its usually hard to find everything but this location is certainly a hidden gem. As Nordstrom is known for its customer service this location is not a stranger. Top notch customer service whether it is returns or gift wrappings or helping you find something. By the way not many racks do alteration on site but this location has a tailor on site and you can get your fav pants altered while you shop. Definitely worth checking out if you are a big fan of brands. read more

BEHOLD THE SHOES! This location has the most epic selection of shoes I've seen in the area, except perhaps for the DSW in Downtown Crossing. They have pretty much every style of shoe you could ask for including sneakers, sandals, heels, Keds and Converse, ballet flats, you name it. There are rows and rows for each size. I was also really pleased to discover that they had a nice selection of women's scarves the last time I visited- some for as little as $10. They have a huge selection of OPI nail polish, but some of it looked a little old (separating in the bottle). The past couple times I've been in here it's been a bit of a cluster, so I'd recommend coming at a less traditional shopping hour. The last time I went I was there just before closing on Saturday night and it was still pretty busy. A very welcome addition to the area. If you need shoes STAT, this is a good place to check out. Prices may be a little higher than what you'd pay at DSW or Marshall's / TJ Maxx, but they totally win out for selection. read more

This place is great. Really. This is the only Nordstrom Rack for miles, the closest others being in Framingham & Millbury. I can only compare this place to my experience in the Millbury location (at the Blackstone Valley) after Christmas last year, which was average. This place is MUCH better. First, this Nordstrom Rack has over-the-top associates, multiple of which were around asking people if they needed help. Second, the store is much larger, and has TONS of shoes (at least double what was in the Millbury store). They have a HUGE Women's section, and a large Men's section (not as large as women's though). Prices are pretty good, things at Marshalls / TJ Maxx may be a bit less, but sometimes this store has better name brands than the others do. Overall, I would definitely return to this store and would highly suggest it for some good, inexpensive clothing. 5 stars. read more

I used to be a regular shopper at this location but I will not be back. I bought some items late summer and soon after I purchased I was in an accident. I was unable to shop for a few months. I have finally been feeling better and I have been catching up on my errands. I went into the store to return two Items. Unworn rags attached. Aware it's been a bit longer than 45 days I asked if I could Just exchange the items. I was told by the clerk no-and to read the wall it has the policy written on it. Not really the reaction I would expect from Nordstrom. When I asked to speak with the manager she came over and had the same response. She then told me to look at her pos system so I could see that it didn't allow her to process an older return. I then told her I too was a retail manager and that just simply didn't make sense. She told me "I'm just going to keep saying the same thing to you". Well in any case I left pretty upset called haute look customer service. Customer service was so incredibly helpful. They sent me a label and said it was no worry at all. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and flexibility at the Westwood rack store. I was in need of a dress for an event and drove quite a long way to come to this store as I have had good success here in the past. However, after spending nearly an hour selecting items to try on, I was confused and disappointed to find the fitting rooms closed more than 2 hours prior to store closing. I asked if they could temporarily open them as I had already invested a lot of time in this shopping trip and had seen several other customers turned away as well. The very polite young staff member went to ask the manager and was sent back to tell me to just buy everything and return it later. This was unreasonable as there were at least 10 items and a few marked final sale. I reluctantly asked to speak to the manager, who was extremely rude. She informed me the fitting rooms had been closed all day because of understaffing. I pointed out this was quite unreasonable for a clothing store. She asked if I had a better idea, and I suggested temporarily pulling someone off of restocking/straightening and she stated letting customers try on items before purchasing was not a priority. She then stationed one of her "very limited staff" members straightening clothes directly in front of the fitting rooms so they could turn more customers away. I walked out leaving behind multiple items I would have purchased otherwise. If people want to buy in bulk and return most things, they just shop online. I have now seen multiple reviews with similar complaints. If this is how they treat customers, this business deserves to fail. read more

This store has really fallen apart over the years... Other customers have described it like walking into a thrift shop and that's pretty accurate. It's so messy you don't know where to even start looking. If you're looking for great finds, this isn't where you want to look anymore everything is so messy it looks cheap... To top it off the customer service is terrible! Today I asked a worker who was putting merchandise away on the on the floor abt the sale, (40% off clearance shoes, don't worry tho, nothing worth writing home abt to select from), anyhow, she had no idea! She had to ask another salesperson abt the sale. She said she didn't know because she was just "helping out today" (whatever that means).... Next I get in line for a return, there are only 2 cashiers and of course why wouldn't I get the loud rude one!!!! She immediately went in abt whether it was past the 45 days, it was not. Then I went on to ask her if it were possible to return one of the pairs of shoes and buy them again w another card so I could get the 40% off discount.... Boy! Was that the WRONG QUESTION to ask.... Smh This young heavy set, blond cashier, who said she was the manager, went on and on abt Nordstrom doesn't do price adjustments and that what I was looking for was just that! I tried to ask if I cld return them and place them on hold, I'd come back for them the next day, but she kept repeating loudly and embarrassingly abt how they don't do "price adjustments" (but wouldn't you just sell them to the next customer at the "adjusted price" what difference would it make") Even as I put the shoes back in my bag and started walking off, she continued the loud lecture abt the store policy. Smh Well.... Ma'am,,,, first of all, I'm old enough to be your mom, I'm not hard of hearing and it's pretty unprofessional of you to be as loud as you are berating a customer for asking a question... best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to! their makeup selection was super extensive and impressive. I was able to buy Smashbox lipsticks and a brush set, an urban decay eyeshadow palette and Tory Burch lipsticks. all very good, high-end quality at REALLY affordable prices. the shoe section was also impressive with offerings of Hunter rain boots, TOMS, Nike, Kate Spade and more. I could've happily bought 10 shoes if I had an endless supply of money! another plus was the super friendly staff who helped me in all departments. Lots of Marc by Marc Jacobs, Rebecca Minkoff, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, etc. It would be nice to see more high end designers in the handbag department. The shoes are another story. Found a pair of Christian Louboutin So Kate nude pumps for $200. WHAT A FIND! Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Derek Lam, etc. While shopping, the employees were super helpful. The only downfall was that the Loubs weren't in their original box. When at the register, I heard the woman next to me ask for the original box that goes with her Kate Spade shoes. The associate went and got the box for her. Subsequently, I asked my cashier if I would be able to have the original box these shoes came in, and her careless reply was "I don't know, whatever box you found them in is what box you get". It normally wouldn't be an issue, however her reply was contradicting the service the customer next to me had got. Overall, great store if you're looking for a good deal on shoes. read more

Great store! Stopped in Sunday evening to check out the new rack & I was absolutely impressed. First place I headed? Shoe Racks! Lol. My, what an voluminous shoe selection. I was bummed that I couldn't find any booties and/or winter boots. Not even on clearance! Nonetheless, I was still able to score some great finds. Lots of great clothing options for women. I found a great pair of army fatigue jeans, 3 tops, 2 skirts & 2 pairs of shoes; all reasonably priced . Fitting rooms were clean, well lit & reasonably located within the store. Unfortunately, I only caught a glimpse of the accessory, bags, beauty, kids & men's section. I spent way too much time shoe shopping. Lol. I had an awful experience with them today. I went to look for shoes with my two small children today(1&4 )so I'm starting off up hill).!A big deal for this mom. I took off one of my shoes to try on boots. I then spent the next half hour looking for my "lost" shoe. There was multiple employees everywhere I asked everyone to help they would look around the isle I was on who then I'd see them go on to their stocking. I located a manager in the department who did the same exact thing. Looked for a minute while I was present then when I looked somewhere else she went about her task. I was beside myself. Honestly I cannot physically leave this store with one shoe. My children are beyond upset. I went row by row, rack by rack searching. I saw everyone I asked for help going about there business, I ask again for help. Ow you still haven't found it. Finally I asked another employee in a completely different section if he'd seen my shoe. He immediately walked to one of there waste carts and pulled it out. He said he saw it there quit some time ago. Thought it was strange to be there. Absolutely ridiculous. Why throw one obviously used shoe in the trash bin in a shoe department where ppl are trying on shoes and taking off theirs? Why not use the radios you were talking on the whole i was searching if anyone has seen it? Why would you not help this frantic mother? Why as a manager would you not check in and help me and rally your employees? I don't shop often (two small kids) but this upset me and I will not go back. I had a really bad experience. It took a few visits before I got turned on to this place. It's the kind of store that you need to sift through the racks to find the gems among the ordinary items. Recently, I've found some very cute clothes: casual summer skirts, capris, t-shirts. They also have some nice work clothes. There is a section of the shoe department called Designer Row. There you can find some great styles by Cole Hahn, Stuart Weitzman, Coach, and Tory Burch. The only problem is that there is usually only one or two pairs of the shoe you love. If you're lucky it may be in your size, but if not, you're out of luck. I found some amazing sandals there, but those won't be cheap. Overall, the pricing is reasonable, even for the better quality merchandise. This is not my go-to store when I need to find something specific, but it is definitely worth popping in if you find yourself near a Nordstrom Rack location. The shoe selection in this store is fantastic. There are over 3 rows of shoes in every size. The prices are reasonable and their return policy is 30 days, even on clearance shoes. The staff at check out has always been friendly and helpful. There are lots of designer clothes on racks assorted by size which makes it easy to find your size. It's basically hit and miss with sizes here for shoes and clothes. Located in a plaza so there is lots of parking. read more

I love this place. I wish i lived closer. They now have a whole entire wall of size 5 shoes and as people with small feet know, size 5 is hard to find in the general retail stores.
